Chapter 32: Reconciliation

Okay, going to start and do my staple. The cheat sheet on the top, it will eventually grow to include new characters and appearances.

Fari von D'azell . Previously Nanjou Yukiho, nicknamed Yuki by Kami. 

Is currently 10 years of age. Ruby red long wavy hair and striking gold eyes not fitting her age.

Kami-sama, or also known as Kamille. Is a girl that looks 12 but is a G.o.d. Has silver hair and red eyes.

Also Fari always uses, 私 aka female p.r.o.noun watas.h.i.+.

Father is Gilbert Von D'azell. Master warrior.

Rigurett Beuze Crausus: Long blond silky hair, blue eyes. Uses 2 bayonet guns, and is really good at magic, four attribute magic.

"- – -Rigurett-san!"

I called out to her while she was briskly walking towards the next exam.

". . .What is it?"

She stopped and looked at me. Her anger was apparent.

I'm scared. I unintentionally trembled.

I'm not scared of Rigurett-san.

I'm scared and sad when I think. . .about the face that I hurt her feelings that much.

I don't like that.

I don't want to continue my seclusion to myself, and ignoring other people's feelings just like I did in my previous life.

"I'm sorry!"

I bowed deeply, knocking my hair forwards. I closed my eyes and continued my desperate plead.

"I have betrayed Rigurett-san's trust. I just didn't want to stand out. And I only focused on my own selfish wish for that. I, because, I um. I'm just not good at this. I'm terrible. I just have a hard time understanding people, and I don't understand why you were angry, or even thought about your feelings. But still, I. . ."

I was trying my best to think about what to say, but i just stumbled through it. 

Although I decided to just be honest.

"I still don't want to be hated by Rigurett-san! It's really depressing, and painful. So I don't know if you could forgive me, but I just want to apologize. I'm really sorry!"

I stood still as continued to lower my head with my eyes closed.

Then. . .I felt a hand touch my head.

When I raised my head and opened my eyes. . .Rigurett-san was smiling and laughing.

"Yeah, that's quite the apology."

"Uh, no, that. . .but I think I did something bad!"

"It's okay, I understand."

As she said that, she gently brushed my head.

"I also acted immaturely, I'm sorry. . .Fari."

"Eh, no! You did nothing bad!"

"Oh? But I don't even know why I'm angry at you?"

"Ah. . ."

After she said that she poked my forehead. From the way she is talking and acting, I don't think she is blaming me or angry. Maybe more so teasing.

Does that mean she forgives me?

". . .Next is the magic test. If Fari really wants to repent, then be serious the next test."

"Eh, but that. . ."

"It's an indoor test. So n.o.body can see it. Because we are the last people, It's just you and me. No other candidates will see it, so you don't need to worry about standing out."

As she said that she brushed my head.

"I won't say anything regardless of your choice. However if you really want to get along with me so much, then please, I want to see you take it serious at least once."

After those words, she separated from me and went towards the practical magic exam.

I feel like I was wrapped in a strange feeling. I just couldn't say anything.

I feel like I wasn't fully forgiven.

But . . .I don't feel strange or sad about it.

Surely she should be angry. 

But I don't feel like it's the same as usual.

I never felt like this before. 

I ended up standing there for awhile.

However, eventually I regained my composure.

Then I went towards the practical magic test.

Here is a short chapter. Don't get used to these, I just felt like this was a special case.

Last chapter didn't end on the best terms, so I felt like getting the reconciliation out quickly might just be better. Also, I can now pack all of the magic test chapter in one little box, for the next release.

Next release in 3-4 days. Going to try and cut down a little bit maybe only 2 chapters in a pack or 1 extra(I doubt I can do it though. It will still probably be 3) because I don't think staying up to 1am+ every night translating is the best idea. Ending up too tired in the morning. Also the new fire emblem game just came out ?
