Mrs. Clark said, "Giselle, this school is open to every type of culture but we do not accept this kind of philosophy that you are writing in this essay. I already talked to your mom on phone. I am sorry. But, there are lots of university that would cater young bright minds like you."

Giselle's eyes widely opened, "Are you going to expel me for writing that essay? That is balony! I have a high score in SAT and good recommendation from my former school. You cannot kick me out!"

Mrs. Clark said, "You can go now, Giselle. Or else, we would call the security."

Then, Giselle left the room crying. It seems her life has fallen apart. Lilet, her friend, tried to console her.

She said, "What happen?"

Giselle replied, "They are kicking me out of this school."

Maya could not believe of what she heard from Giselle. She feels trembling. Her heart beats so fast.

She stammered, "They can't kick you out! You got the highest score in SAT next to Daniel. Oh no! I think they would kick us out too."

Lucia was shocked of the bad news. She tried to calm herself down.

She said, "Don't say that, Maya. They are not kicking us out."

And then, it's Fredo's turn to be called by Mrs. Clark.

Mrs. Clark smiled at him when he entered the room. She said, "Good morning, Fredo! How are you feeling today?"

Fredo replied, "Not so good."

Mrs. Clark said, "Is that because of what you heard about Giselle? I also feel bad about her. As you see, Fredo, we take this action as early as possible before she could manipulate her other friends. Poor Lilet! She has a promising future."

Fredo shrugged, "Uh... ok! So, are you going to kick me out for writing my essay?"

Mrs. Clark just laughed, "No, Fredo! Your essay is fine except for many grammar errors. You have a good score in SAT. And, you're good in Grammar. But, why did you fail this essay? Is there something bothering you?"

Fredo explained, "Mrs. Clark, my Dad is also an alumni of this school. He is also an alumni of Alpha Fraternity. I am afraid that I could not keep up with my Dad's legacy."

Mrs. Clark tried to console him, "That word you are saying is going eat you up! I have a good advice for you. Go to the Alpha Fraternity House, file a members.h.i.+p form. And, I am sure you would be accepted."

Fredo was confused, "Do you think so, Mrs. Clark?" Oh, you are too kind to me, ma'am. Thank you."

After Fredo left the room, he told everyone that he would be joining the Alpha Fraternity.

Maya smirked, "You are not an athletic to join a frat. You must be out of your mind."

Lucia added, "That's dangerous!"

Fredo explained, "But, I already decided. I wanted to keep my Dad's legacy."

Lilet said, "Just leave him alone. I knew he can manage his own life by now."

After Fredo, it's Maya's turn to be called by Mrs. Clark. Her body is trembling as she sat on the chair.

Mrs. Clark astonished, "Maya, as I found your essay, you have few grammar errors. Dr. Rivero is a perfectionist so he gave you an F. "

Maya is so disappointed, "Is that all? Why do I need to go to your office?"

Mrs. Clark looked at her sternly, "May I ask you? Why do you choose Data Management Course?"

Maya replied, "Simple. It is very easy. I am very good at it."

Mrs. Clark explained, "But life is not that easy. If you want to achieve something, you have to work hard. I think that what is keeping you is you are too lazy and want an easy life. But, life is not that easy. Do you want to s.h.i.+ft your course to Computer Science? I bet you are good at it. According to you SAT, you are good in Abstract, Logic and Math."

Maya shrugged, "But, I already failed in that career apt.i.tude test. Why do I have to take that course?"

Mrs. Clark said, "Because I have a confidence in your talents and skills. I know you can do it."

Maya was surprised, "Wow! Are you sure I can do it, miss?"

Mrs. Clark sad, "I would not suggest if I am not really sure. Now, go and tell your friends about the good news."

Maya is so happy, "But, I would never see my friends again if I would change my cla.s.s schedule?"

Mrs. Clark advised, "There are lots of people out there who really want to make friends with you."

Maya left the room smiling. She is so happy about the news from Mrs. Clark. And, her friends was surprised why she is so happy.

Maya said, "They offered me to take Computer Science."

Lucia was happy, "Congratulations!"

They all celebrated about that news.

After Maya, it is now Lucia's turn to be called by Mrs. Clark.
