When Lucia entered the room, she saw Mrs. Clark comparing her essay to Lilet's.

Mrs. Clark said, "I think Dr. Rivero is right. You are plagiarizing the work of Lilet."

Lucia replied, "Plagiarizing? That sounds like illegal. It is worse than cheating."

Mrs. Clark explained, "Lucia, I knew you are a well-opinionated person. But, you really needed a push to stand for yourself."

Lucia realized, "Yeah. I think about that..."

Mrs. Clark added, "That board of trustee want you to know that they would offer you a help for your financial situation. They like to offer you a student a.s.sistance program. You would work in a day-care center, which is founded by the university, and receive a minimum wage. This program also program also provides you a full scholars.h.i.+p. Are you willing to take the offer?"

Lucia agreed, "Yes, ma'am."

Mrs. Clark looked at her sternly, "Lucia, as I told you, you need to push yourself to be confident. Don't you ever underestimate yourself."

When Lucia left the office, it's Lilet's turn to be called by Mrs. Clark. Lilet is also trembling when is inside the office.

Mrs. Clark smiled, "Lilet, I am glad you have chosen this university. You were like your aunt when she was younger. Oh, may G.o.d blessed her soul!"

Lilet said, "But, I cannot be here if I was not accepted."

Mrs. Clark just laughed, "Don't be such a modest, darling? A Theta like you is born to become an achiever. And this university would equip you to become what you really want. Unfortunately, in your SAT, you got a low score in Math and Science."

Lilet sad, "But, I tried..."

Mrs. Clark added, "Oh, well! It would not keep you from becoming an achiever. The board of trustee recommends you a best tutor. Her name is Amanda Rivero, the daughter of the chairwoman of the board. She would be your tutor in your difficult subjects. But, her fee is quite high."

Lilet was disappointed, "Oh..."

Mrs. Clark said, "The good news is... The Theta Sorority will fund your tutorial fees and they are willing to give you a full scholars.h.i.+p. You will get this privilege if you are willing to be part of the sorority. Are you willing to take the offer, Lilet?"

Lilet could not believe what was happening, "Wow! What can I say?"

Lucia advised, "Grab the opportunity, Lilet."

And Lilet went to House of Theta Sorority and met Lovely Jane and Patricia Liberty. She just signed up an application form.

Patricia Liberty whispered to her friend, "What is she doing here?"

Lovely Jane explained, "Doing the right thing. Leaving her old friend and meeting new friends."

Patricia Liberty was confused, "I thought you hate her."

Lovely Jane explained, "She is born to be one of us. According to my mother, her aunt is a n.o.bel prize winner during the 70's. I think her family would be sponsoring her members.h.i.+p."

Pat was surprised, "Oh, I see. Now I knew why you liked her. She is a special girl from a small town."

Lovely Jane approached Lilet, "Hi, my name is Lovely Jane, and this is my executive a.s.sistant, Patricia Liberty. We wanted you to know that we are happy that you joined the sorority. You can now go to your dorm to pack up your things. You would be staying in the sorority house. And, Patricia Liberty and I have an extra room for you."

Lilet was surprised, "Oh, thank you. That's nice of you."
