These pious believers didn’t seem to feel any pain at all. There were even looks of happiness and excitement on their faces. To be able to offer up everything for their Buddha, including their lives, was the best fate for them.

Bubbles appeared in the pool of blood. Faint traces of blood red mist rose up and gathered in the skies above the Buddhist Nation.
