Lin San only looked at Feng Xiao Qing in grief after yelping due to the pain. What the heck was this woman doing? What an abusive woman! He frowned to himself and thought how powerful her kick was, even now, he still felt the tingling pain lingering after a few moments. He wondered what was her legs made of? A brick?

"What are you doing?" He whisper-yelled at the woman in displeasure.

"Psstt!" She made a gesture for him to stop talking, but Lin San only scowled at her.

'What? Now... she wants him to shut up?' He thought to himself. "I was getting on the good part about kissing, why..." Lin San's voice trailed off when he saw a handsome figure standing in front of his desk with a stern face. Lin San gulped when he saw the man's expression.

He stuttered when he looked at his boss' face, "Bo... boss?" Then, he decided to dodge the bullet by asking, "Is Mr. Mu already going home?" He was the current guest that the boss wanted to collaborate with.

Lin San realized that Feng Xiao Qing's kick was actually to tell him about the big boss' presence. He blamed himself for talking about this matter in working hour! At least, it would be safer to talk in private.

Feng Xiao Qing felt like facepalming herself. Didn't Lin San see the little man behind the big boss? When Mr. Mu listened to what Lin San had said, his face darkened. He was a short person by nature and he developed an inferiority complex because of that. He glared at Lin San, thinking that the latter was mocking him. This was actually wasn't the case because Lin San's line of sight was obstructed by Lu Yi Feng's tall body and he really couldn't see the small man behind his big boss.

Mr. Mu wasn't actually that short --- around 162 cm, but the problem was his inferiority complex and it was a public secret, so everyone actually knew about it.

Lu Yi Feng knew this very well and his face darkened. What was this Lin San doing? He was usually so alert and clever, but he seemed to hear something about kissing? He needed to ask this matter in detail later! At least, he should take care of Mr. Mu's matter. He knew the man must have been feeling offended because of what Lin San had just said, even though it was completely unrelated to his height.

Feng Xiao Qing saw each of their expression and she was able to put it together. She quickly whispered to Lin San that there was a small man behind Lu Yi Feng and Lin San quickly understood what he was supposed to do. He wouldn't go with the words, 'Oh... I don't see you standing there, Mr. Mu...' or else, he would be directly offended the man. If he lost this important client even though it didn't really affect their company, but the boss would certainly punish him for slacking off.

Lu Yi Feng took a glance at Lin San and slightly moved his body to let Lin San see Mr. Mu clearly. Lin San quickly put on a fawning smile while in his mind, he was cursing about Feng Xiao Qing's question. When he answered her, it indeed made his imagination run wild! He remembered that the boss must have heard about the word 'kissing', Lin San smirked to himself. He would just let Feng Xiao Qing deal with the aftermath.

"Mr. Mu! I will send you to the entrance..." Lin San quickly stood up and sweet talked the guest without further delay. Once Lin San took Mr. Mu away, Lu Yi Feng knew that Lin San must have devised a plan to coax Mr. Mu. Lu Yi Feng knew that Lin San was capable of doing that and he didn't need to worry about that.

Lu Yi Feng's gaze turned to Feng Xiao Qing and asked, "Why are you here?"

Feng Xiao Qing explained that she came here to show her grat.i.tude for helping Xiao Xi Xi this morning. Judging from her twinkling eyes, Lu Yi Feng knew that she didn't know about the zombie virus matter and he felt relieved about that. "It's only a simple matter. Besides, it's for Xiao Xi Xi, there's no need for you to be courteous," Lu Yi Feng answered. If it was for another person, he probably would be too lazy to deal with the old woman.

Feng Xiao Qing decided if she couldn't get any useful information from Lin San, then she would observe Lu Yi Feng's daily activities and find out his preferences by herself. Besides, they already lived together, so she supposed it would be easier for her to do that.

Before she could talk more, Lu Yi Feng asked her a question, "So... what did Lin San say about kissing?"

"Ha?" Feng Xiao Qing asked dumbfoundedly.

Lu Yi Feng saw her dumbfounded expression and felt like laughing. Was she pretending to be dumb? "I heard that Lin San talked to you about kissing. What did he mean? Do you have an inappropriate relations.h.i.+p with him?" Lu Yi Feng asked stiffly. He dared to talk to her in front of his office because it was already past working time. No one would see their interaction anyway, well probably the security, but it would be easy to remove the recording.

Feng Xiao Qing was surprised by his question. She jumped up and answered loudly, "What? No?"

"So...?" Lu Yi Feng waited for her explanation calmly.
