Shriya gave him an annoyed look but explained "Abhi found that Varun bhai and Sony's brother were friends back then. Now I think about it. It must be true. He used to tell me about his friend though I don't remember the details. I think it's Ris.h.i.+."

Shriya was in her own train of thoughts and was mumbling to herself "So the girl Varun always complimented must be her, he used to say she was so sensitive and well behaved, while I am not".

Then she made an ugly face "No it can't be, she never had filters to her mouth. How can she be sensitive."

Then as if realizing something important she again said "Ahh..right. I heard she became all naughty after her brother's death to escape her loneliness".

Naveen started the car again and said with a grim expression "You are the one who never had no filters to your mouth."

She didn't take it to heart instead she said pointing her finger towards him "Exactly this is how he used to scold me. If I hadn't known better I would have thought that Varun bhai transmigrated in you".

He almost choked on his own saliva and she looked at him suspiciously "Are you really ?".

She laughed out loud.

Earlier whenever she remembered her brother she used to cry a lot. But last night she understood one thing. Her brother was a good man and died because he did something good and irritated bad people. She is proud of him.

Seeing her laughing all carelessly with pure heart, he felt happy. But he said with a poker face "So now you are watching all fictional films. Stop watching those stuff and behave atleast till you get engaged. I am truly worried about you".

Shriya said "Stop with your nagging bhai." He said with a smile "You look so happy today."

She replied "Of course. Sony also knew about this and from today our friends.h.i.+p will be on a different level."

Naveen asked with a hurt expression "So you guys will ignore from now on Brahmini and me from the gang."

She looked at him and asked "Since when did you become such a sissy. You are my brother and we will all be a gang. It's been so long since I did some. ...., I mean I caused some trouble especially at college. How about we do something today together."

There was an evil smrink on her face and he rejected the idea soon "No thanks, If boss finds out I may have to kiss goodbye to my job."

Shriya pouted saying "You are useless bhai. I hate you".

He mumbled to himself "It's good to see you back again Shri. I am happy that I was able to keep the promise I made to those resting in heaven". He said that in a very low voice that she couldn't hear him.

She looked at him and asked "Did you say something?" He shook his head and said "I was just thinking how that another crazy sister of mine will react to this ?".

Shriya said "I am waiting for her reaction too."

Sony was excited but they didn't talk much about it. They are worried they might trigger others pain without knowing.

During lunch Sony told her friends everything about the date she went with Kunal and they all were happy.

Brahmini said with a sad face "You guys are all set. How about me ?".

Naveen s.p.a.ced out all day thinking about something and even then he didn't listen to Brahmini's complaints.

Shriya who was sitting opposite to him had to slap him against his shoulder to bring him back to this world from his day dreams.

Brahmini was not satisfied with this behaviour of her man and seeing her expression Shriya couldn't help but scold him "What were you thinking all day ?. Is something bothering you ?".

Naveen looked at them and said "Nah, it's just some a.s.signment work. I am too old for that stuff and it's getting in my nerves".

Sony laughed "I knew it." Shriya smiled and said in a displeased look "Can't you see that your girlfriend is worried?".

Naveen said "I need your help to convince her parents. I hope you will come with me to help them persuade her."

Shriya nodded "Okay, I will talk to Abhi. But help me get two invitation cards".

Sony asked "Are you sure? because if they get out, Abhi might face some problem."

Shriya nodded and said "What can be the problem. One we will give to our department head, so that we all can ask for a week's leave. And the other to Brahmini's parents?".

It looked like Naveen was still hesitating and Shriya said "You go say Abhi about this. I am sure he will not say no. So get it done by tomorrow".

Naveen nodded and went "I will do it right away."
