Looking at all the information stored in the machine was making her eye hurt a little.

Ah, it's been a while since I've done something like this. My body is not use to it anymore…

Thinking to save sorting through the information later, Mika gave out the order to her nanos to 'eat' all the data inside.

Since she was using the nanos as USBs, Mika turned her mind else where.

Other than the mainframes in the room there was also maps of the area.

Studying the topography surrounding the city, she found an interesting fact about the city.

The city was encircled by natural defenses. To the west it had the canyons, to the South it had dense forest and to the Northeast was mountains. Making this best fortification for the city but also its worst enemy.

It was probably because of this that no one knew what was going on in this city for such a long time.

Pus.h.i.+ng the map of the area aside, she unrolled one of the largest maps she has ever seen.

It was a map of the continent.

There weren't many of these kinds of maps around anymore. After the ancestors split from Kaia Kingdom and started their own nations, newer maps were made with boundary lines.

Thinking about the places she has been to lately, Mika grabbed a fountain pen off the table and marked the locations.

When she stood back and look down at her work, she realized something very interesting. 

a.n.a.lise's cave was smack-dab in the middle of the continent.

Looking for a ruler, she measured out the equator and prime meridian lines. She was shocked that it really was in the center.

More coincidences….or is there a reason?

As she stood pondering over this matter, suddenly the lighting in the whole room went red. 

Running to the monitors, she saw commands being entered into the mainframes.

"What the h.e.l.l! Who!"

Sitting down, her fingers spread across the keyboards trying to stop the commands coming through to the servers.

Unfortunately for Mika, she had to hack her way through the mainframes while the person on the other side had all the codes. No matter how fast she was, she wasn't faster than a person who had all-access pa.s.s.

Did we miss a spy?

Seeing the situation getting away from her, Mika gave up on hacking and told her nanos to destroy the mainframes from the inside.

Hoping that would stop whoever it was trying to give commands to the city's control room.

The nanos quickly began to throw the system into disorder like a computer virus. 

In the air carrier at her super computer, Gwen had notice that someone was trying to stop her commands from going through.

"I thought you said Prince Ailwin doesn't have anyone around that can cyb…"

Fir and Aria looked at Gwen's irked expression.

"He doesn't...I made sure."

"Bulls.h.i.+t! Someone is trying to stop me!" Gwen almost slipped up and the person nearly stopped her commands from going through.

"Who!?"

"If I knew I wouldn't be asking you!"

"All right, calm down….can you still do it or not?" Fir stood beside her as she continued to battle against Mika.

"Yea, I'm faster than they are…."

Only because I have the codes... Gwen thought to herself. She knew if she didn't have the access codes, they would definitely be out of luck.

Just who is this person!?

"I just need one more command to go through then they are done…" 

Fir and Aria held their breath waiting for Gwen to complete the task.

All of a sudden the screens in front of their faces began to distort in front of them.

"What going on!?" Aria shouted out.

"They trying to kill the connection since they couldn't stop me from entering the commands."

"Can you still complete the order...?" Fir asked.

"Shh!" Gwen's focus was solely on the being faster than her opponent.

Aria and Fir waited behind her, leaving her alone. After several tense minutes, Gwen stopped typing.

"What wrong?" Aria immediately asked when she saw that Gwen stopped typing.

"I'm done." Fir and Aria took a glance at the monitors in front of their eyes to see one hundred percent flas.h.i.+ng on the screens.

"...Good. Let's head back now."

"En." Aria and Gwen followed Fir out of the room. After a few minutes, the air carrier by the lake, rosed into the sky and flew off.

In the control room, Mika prayed that her pups were faster than the other person. It was close, but when she saw one hundred percent flas.h.i.+ng on the screen, she knew it was too late.

*Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!*

In the next moment after the commands were completed, loud explosions were heard and the control room shook.

With dust and debris falling on her, she called in nanos back from the mainframes, grabbed the map off the table and ran out of the room.

Ailwin along with the rest of the people in the government building, were caught by surprise from the sudden explosions.

Leaving the quarters he was sharing with Hycis and Nylian, Ailwin ran into his captain in the hallway.

"Commander!"

"Captain, what is going on?"

"There were various detonations that went off around the city-" *Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!* Just as the captain was giving Ailwin his report, three more explosions went off, shaking the building again.

When things settled down once more, Ailwin and the captain ran to the roof where they found many soldiers standing around looking out at the city.

Taking a pair of binoculars from the soldier standing next to him, Ailwin held them up to his eyes to see fire and smoke billowing high into the sky from multiple locations in the city.

What the h.e.l.l! Are we under an arial attack right now…!?

Lifting the binoculars to the night sky, he saw nothing but smoke and ash.

"Captain!"

"Here, sir."

"Get in contact with our men outside the city, I want to know their situation and what their radar is showing them."

"Yes-" *Boom!* *Boom!* *Boom!*

Three more explosions went off in different locations. 

Everyone on the roof held on for dear life as these explosions were much closer to them than the previous ones. Making fractures show on the roof from the tremors.*A person who can hack, or is a hacker.
