Kael Cor: A Vampire's Awakening 398 Twin Gods I : Loosing Coun

I shot towards them, fangs and claws outstretched, people like this did not warrant me fighting in a more civilized manner, besides in a scenario like this, it was better to let the animal out, he left a more lasting impression than the talented G.o.d king with his divine sword and s.h.i.+eld. The commander gave another order to fire and their s.h.i.+elds glowed golden and released another beam, while it won't kill me, it's not exactly comfortable getting hit by that thing.

I s.h.i.+fted to the left, scaling the wall of a building that had a few stalls in front of it. I pushed off the building and landed right in the middle of their formation, right on the head of some poor chap that had his entire body smashed to bits the second I landed, lucky him. He died instantly, I can't exactly say the same about the rest of his friends, but none the less I looked up ignoring the horrified looks being thrown as me and said to them.

"That's one."

I stretched out my hand, grabbing his helm covered head of one of the guards and brought him smas.h.i.+ng to the ground, both the helm and the skull it covered becoming nothing more than fragments in my hand, I ignored a Halberd swinging for the back of my neck, not even registering as it bounced off before smas.h.i.+ng my legs forwards through the chest of someone else, and that made three.

A young guard either overwhelmed by fear or bursting at the seams with courage and confidence charged at me, yelling some stuff about glory and honor whilst waving a made and his s.h.i.+eld in the air, he was barely three feet away from me when a crystalized blood spike shot into the air, going through his body and arching over my head as his sweet, sweet blood rained down. I looked at the commander with a fanged smile and said.

"That's four!"

Some were frozen in fright, while others had taken more than a few dozen steps back, but I had to hand it to the commander, he was surprisingly still calm about the whole thing. Sure there was shock in his eyes about what I was capable of, but that look wasn't the fear we was expecting or looking for, he probably felt like he had some trump card that would keep him safe from me.   Whatever the case might be, I guess we'll be seeing it eventually.

The commander quickly gave orders for his guards to surround me, which would been smart if what they were actually fighting was a common wild animal or monster, theses should be enough to restrict it's movements and probably bombard it with whatever energy beams it was their s.h.i.+elds shot out, however it would need a lot more than this to keep my trapped. More beams of light shot out from their s.h.i.+elds,  I simple jumped up, looking down as the beams of light smacked against the s.h.i.+elds of other guards and began dancing around in a zigzag of a light show.

It looked really nice, but all of the guards were stuck standing where they are, should somebody break the formation, the beam would go wild and kill someone else. It was commendable, but in this situation they don't the luxury of such selfless thoughts. I landed behind one of the guards and one small slap later saw his head flying away and his body falling to the ground.

I moved to the side, just in time to see the beam of light shoot into the distance, destroying houses and setting homes on fire, it was a blazing trail of destruction pun intended. I ignored the cries of exclamation from the guards as I gave the next guard of heavy side kick that just blew his entire body into b.l.o.o.d.y bits, and then just before his blood and guts will touch the ground, I wave my hands, turning his blood into numerous tiny blood daggers that happily shot into the rest of his friends, leaving them full of holes and very dead, the only person left here right now was the commander, and boy was he calm.

"That's...that's...I'm sorry I seem to have lost count during the kills, should we start again, though some of them are in so many pieces I'm not sure we'll be accurate." I said to him as I moved towards him with a predatory look on my face.

"You might think you're smart Kael Cor, but under the prestige and power of the G.o.ds, you're nothing but a weakling. Your t.i.tle and power as dragon king means nothing here, you will fall here today young man. My master will make sure of it." I blinked my eyes at that, seems this commander actually knew who I am, which made him significantly different from the rest of the people here.

"I'm sorry for my ignorance, you know I've been asleep for a few years somethings are quite foreign to me, so please educate me...…who the f.u.c.k are you?" I asked him as the blood of his comrades began to slowly pool around me on the ground.

"My name is Jorgen Ysmir , from the n.o.ble house of Ysmir! The house that sp.a.w.ned the current incarnation of your b.i.t.c.h of an elven moon G.o.ddess!"

"Right....so I'm going to kill you now, I mean you really have to die! After all, you just called my wife a b.i.t.c.h."

The blood on the ground surged forward, multiple tentacles of the life giving liquid aiming to Pierce through his body. Jorgen slammed the ma.s.sive s.h.i.+eld he held on the ground, and created an absolute s.h.i.+eld around himself, a s.h.i.+eld made from runes. It was so shocked all of the blood harmlessly splattered to the ground, Jorgen on the other hand had a smug look on his face.

"You're Weaver too, so more than anything you should know the power of the rune circle I've just used, you're not touching me, regardless of what you do."

"You're actually using runes against me?.... that's absolutely funny, Mhmhahahaha, my G.o.d! He's using runes, seriously? Hehehehehe" maybe the laugh was a little over-exaggerated, but using runes against the G.o.d of runes…..... that's stupidity of the highest order, but it wasn't his fault, the biggest advantage I had now was the fact that I'm a G.o.d and it wasn't public knowledge, even Dracula that's tracking me isn't so sure about my ident.i.ty. But none the less, I guess I can play along.

I ignored the commander and moved forwards, this time going out of the market and straight into the residential area of the citizens. The houses here were quite cleaner than I expected, they were built with a sort of polished white stone that gleamed under the light of whatever light source this first floor of the dungeon relied on. I looked at the tower ahead of me, and almost immediately locked eyes with the two individuals standing on it's balcony and watching what was happening in the city, I gave them a cheerful wave and a smile.

Seconds later I was on the balcony looking at a pair of twins, with black and silver hair. I would say they were elves, but they had two set of ear instead of one, and their eyes were pure black in one and silver in the other. They were both male and female, because I couldn't tell if one was male or the other was female, or they were both male or both female...it was confusing. But one thing's for sure, these guys were G.o.ds, they might be trying to mask their divine energy, but even I could feel if front here.

"Let's skip the formalities on my part, I'm sure you guys already know who the f.u.c.k I am, so! Tell me who the f.u.c.k are you?" I asked as I sat down on a bamboo chair and helped myself to the tea they were just drinking, it had quite the exquisite taste.

""We're are Jarl and Tarl! Twin G.o.ds of Silver and Darkness!"" they both replied to me in tandem, their voices so eerie and so in sync it gave me gooseb.u.mps.

"Well that was one creepy Introduction, can you guys please tell me what the f.u.c.k you're doing on this planet?"

""Its easy, we're here to plot...…YOUR DEMISE!""
