Supreme Origin: Time King 239 Ix Mysterious Goddess

With the battle of Elijah marking the end of today's mortal part of the tournament, Elijah and his team went to the platform prepared for the partic.i.p.ants to wait for celestial tournament where the celestial beings would fight in individual battles.

 Yalli was biting on a small bag of Euva while Elijah had to burn a little of his lifeforce to summon a jar of wine and some fruits to share with his other teammates. Since the beginning of the tournament, Elijah was unsure about which celestials would take part in today's match. 

 Thirty minutes later, the artificial sky of Eternia had changed to three moons lighting the city from above. The stage at the center also faced quickly changes, growing from its normal size to a ridiculously big battleground with more than a few hundred miles of diameter. A few tenth and eleventh step powerhouses of the void clan appeared and sent countless flying seals towards the barrier in order to strengthen the dimensional seal separating the two s.p.a.ces which Elijah recognized as a more advanced and stronger version of the seventy-two black void seal.

 "That thing must have felt my presence for now and is certainly coming after me..." A few moments before the tournament was about to start, he thought of the big eye covered in tentacles. With so many G.o.ds and immortals seeing him running away from the prime king's crown and the universe's core so much and nearly have been taken as well as the destruction of the time palace. He could only imagine most figures of the divine and immortal territory had been alerted by now, most likely this banquet where he heard many important figures would partic.i.p.ate had something to do with what happened that day.

 Before long he turned to stare as Yahweh and his daughter and son with the urge to sent them back to the mortal world. Then he finally decided on what to do and his aura grew calm. "After this match, I'm going to find a way to contact Yawen." If their souls are truly connected, then it made no difference it contacted her any of her bodies. He also had his phone send his voice over to his son.

 He didn't had to hear his son's reply to see Elliot nodding with his thin little head. He also told everyone on his team he was tired and wished to return to the inn after the next battle and all of them nod, only Yalli shot him a suspicious look before staring at the golden-haired elegant woman and her son. She couldn't see the connection between her and her 'elder sis Yawen', but she was sure Elijah was staring at their direction for a long time.

 Gong! Two gates appeared in that separate dimension from where one figure walked out of each gate. When he saw a humanoid man with a single horn in its head and dozens spikes down its body, Elijah nearly screamed when noticing he knew this person, someone he had seen on Edwards memories long ago. It could only be Qedai, the Alpha Court Executor of the Immortal Palace. Someone that he only saw on a different universe, so parallel cosmic realms could also had such identical people on the same position.

 He was familiar to the concept of multiverse which was also known as the chaotic s.p.a.ce. A place that exists on a higher level of existence and the place where countless cosmic realms were born. Some were completely different from each other and others shared the same worlds, dimensions, laws and even its people.

 Elijah turned to his teammates and said. "Its over, I know that guy. He is a Behemoth at the peak tenth stage, but in terms of battle efficiency even a higher G.o.d won't be able to truly defeat him. If i'm not wrong he is one of the highest ranking members of the immortal palace, the center of the mortal alliance's power on the celestial world."

 Yalli, Ava and Evelynne gasped, the three of them certainly heard several rumours about Elijah having close ties to the Mortal Alliance as well as the Olympian G.o.ds, both Ava and Evelynne knew one of their teachers was in reality a vessel body of Athena who also seemed to know Elijah. There was the news of Elijah being overlord of a world previously ruled by the Mortal Alliance, not just any world but a high-ranking one. 

 If he said that man was at the peak of the immortal palace they could only nod and wait for the battle. Standing on the other side of the battlefield was clearly a humanoid female wearing an elegant black-white sleeveless dress and a white mask with black patterns covering her face. Just from her body figure that could make anyone gasp in admiration, Elijah stopped for a second while trying to ident.i.ty the aura he just felt, only that she was certainly a powerful G.o.ddess.

 With the timer appearing above them, and the fight had just started and both Qedai and the Mysterious G.o.ddess fully unleashed their auras.Shonk! The ground trembled under the shock between the two auras and Qedai's eyes had a look of admiration on them.

 "Hoho, never expected a formidable opponent would appear so soon. It's my luck." His body shook and expanded before he took the form of a giant creature with two huge tusks on the corner of what had been his lips. His horns crew and merged with the scales all over his body. Feeling a power that could threaten him coming from this woman, he felt the need to fight with his true body. 

  Woooo! Positioning his feet, Quedai dashed forward while merging with heaven and earth making his body look like a couple thousand feet tall. Seeing Yalli and the other two members of his team get up anxiously and stare at the scene right in front of them. 

 Just the impact from each step he took could leave a huge crater on Peuh, maybe even cause its destruction, Elijah was sure he would easily dies with a single look from Quedai and s.h.i.+vered a little. Yet the mysterious G.o.ddess snorted with a ice cold voice capable of freezing any G.o.d who hearing it.

 She waved her hand and a wave of wind blew past her and stopped upon Quedai who has his eyes suddenly turn bloodshot. He gasped as only him could feel, an immense, infinite power falling over him. A power from from two opposite sides which together formed something he could only marvel at and when he was about to concede, his body fell unconscious on the ground. Seeing the winner had been decided already, she returned to the gate and vanished right before the incredulous eyes of the crowd.
