Xu Fei Yi woke up because of the sudden pain he felt in his chest. His temperature rose, making him delirious and unfocused. His mind was hurting but he tried to suppress the urge to scream.

As Xu Fei Yi started to be aware of his surroundings, he noticed a cool sensation and a sweet fragrance near him. Xu Fei Yi, being half confused-half rational, hastily searched for the source. His hand subconsciously reached the source of the sweet fragrance and found out that the scent could lessen the pain he felt all over this body. Xu Fei Yi could not help but crave for more. The scent was starting to get stronger as he moved towards the left side of the bed, making him intoxicated. Xu Fei Yi was starting to lose control. His mind was not functioning properly, and like a beast, his natural intuition took charge. Following his instinct, Xu Fei Yi moved closer to the source of the fragrance, wanting for more. Using his body, Xu Fei Yi pressed the source of the intoxicating smell and inhaled deeply. He subconsciously lowered his head and pressed his lips on it. Feeling the direct contact, Xu Fei Yi could not help but s.h.i.+ver because of his overflowing desire to monopolize the thing who was emitting the sweet fragrance.

Suddenly, XuanRong covered his eyes with her bare hands, forming it like a mask. A second pa.s.sed and Xu Fei Yi noticed the shaking of her hands that were covering half of his face.
"So it's you?"
XuanRong's whisper was full of disbelief and grief after she learned the truth.
The man whom she married and the man who made her heart race were the same.
Although Xu Fei Yi was aware that it was XuanRong who was beneath him, he could barely understand everything and could only stare at her, oblivious to XuanRong's conflicted feelings. He was currently fighting over his other self. He knew that he should release XuanRong but a part of himself wanted to possess her, making her his woman completely. After the inner struggle, Xu Fei Yi was defeated by his desire.

XuanRong wanted to push Xu Fei Yi away and say some hurtful things but her lips were captured in an instant, drowning all the words she wanted to say.
Xu Fei Yi kissed XuanRong torridly like it was the end of the world. Biting, sucking, licking… Xu Fei Yi was like a desperate wolf, gobbling the delicious food in front of him with no reservation. His mind started becoming fuzzy once again, turning him into a complete animal.

Two bodies were intertwined with each other.
"Don't… please.."
XuanRong sobbed as she pleaded. Xu Fei Yi started kissing her neck while his hands were touching the sacred parts of her body.
"Fei Yi… I hate you.." XuanRong stared at the ceiling as she said those words. If Xu Fei Yi insist, she would kill him later!
Xu Fei Yi froze as if he was submerged into a cold lake. Xu Fei Yi suppressed the raging desire inside his heart, trying to calm himself.
When XuanRong noticed that Xu Fei Yi's grip loosened, she started pus.h.i.+ng him once again.
"Get off me!!"
Without any choice, Xu Fei Yi hugged XuanRong tightly.
"Noo!! Stay away!! I hate you!!!! Pervert!!!" XuanRong screamed as she struggled.
Xu Fei Yi's body started burning once again when XuanRong's naked body kept on moving below him, igniting the fire he tried to suppress.
"Don't move. *cough* I won't do anything… just… just let me stay like this…."
Xu Fei Yi's voice was pleading as if he was in great pain.
XuanRong stilled. She could not help but subconsciously worry for him when she heard him coughing.
She suddenly remembered that he had a fever not long ago.
Although she was angry at Xu Fei Yi for being a b.a.s.t.a.r.d, in the end, XuanRong's heart still softened and could not help but follow his wish..
He lied to her and hid his ident.i.ty, and then, he went mad and almost raped her… but in the end, she still cared for his health.

"Awake?" Xu Fei Yi stretched his hand and pulled XuanRong back to lay with him.

What happened last night was enough to make her speechless. Although she could only remember bits and pieces, she recalled some important scenes.
"Mmm.. Still early… Sleep.."
XuanRong raised her head and stared at Xu Fei Yi, confused. Based on his action, he was certainly not a fool.
Honestly, she did not know how to react. She could not even understand herself. She was angry, happy, sad and relieved at the same time.
Xu Fei Yi could sense her burning gaze. He placed his head in between her shoulder and neck and murmured.
"I'm sorry for loosing control last night… It will not happen again… I'm sorry."

Shu Yi arrived at the small wooden house near the lake. He saw Shu Er opened the door, wanting to leave the house.
"You've arrived? Xiao Yi, come in."
Shu Yi followed Shu Er inside and saw a woman lying on the bed.
"Who is she?"
Shu Yi asked.
Hearing his question, Shu Er shook his head. I don't know. I just found her below the cliff. It was a miracle that she survived after falling from that height… too bad, she was given a bone-weakening poison. I was able to suppress the poison, but she still needs to be diagnosed by a medical pract.i.tioner. A poison expert like me could only do the basics and would not be able to nurse her back to health.
Shu Yi nodded although he was still skeptical. They were not missionaries who would show love and care towards other people, much more help a stranger. He could not help but stare at Shu Er.
Sensing Shu Yi's gaze, Shu Er could not help but ask.
