Gabriel relaxed with a calm look on his face. His mind was blank and his body felt light. He could hear the birds sing as they sail through the sky. Such a good feeling, a sensation on it's own. Sometimes he longed for that sensation. He opened his eyes slowly, it was like the time pa.s.sed differently for a split second.
Someone was entering the garden behind the Warran mansion. A peculiar sound made Gabriel frown as it was a plague.
"It seems like you're having a nice day young man"
A tall man wearing a black suit walked straight towards Gabriel. The man stopped approximately 1 meter from him. His voice was deep and smooth as the words pa.s.sed his mouth.
The man looked at Gabriel.
"It's early, I didn't expect any of you children to be awake" the stranger said smoothly.
"I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I must inform you that my parents are still asleep" Gabriel responded with a straight forward face.
"It doesn't matter, may I come in?"
Gabriel was suspicious of the person in front of him. The man's eyes had a sharp look to them and it didn't help that they were icy blue. Gabriel was curious and replied that the man was allowed to go into the mansion.
As they entered the main door which were made out of red wood, they encountered one of the maids.
"Oh! Welcome mr. Greed, we have awaited your arrival." The elderly maid said in a polite manner.
Apparently the man somehow knew his father. He took of his jacket and gave it to the elderly maid.
Mr. Greed turned around facing Gabriel.
"Young man, when you get old enough I would like to invite you to the league of destruction. I'm sure you will be successful" he told Gabriel while he showed a warm smile. That's when Gabriel realized that the person in front of him thought he was a child.
"Mr. Greed, the person in front of you is Gabriel Warran. He's already old enough to enter the fighting arenas." The maid corrected. Mr. Greed looked stunned, his expressions was easy to read. He coldly widens the distance between them as he says:
"I'm sorry for misunderstanding Gabriel. I didn't think you would still look the same as you did when you were a kid."

Gabriel stood in his room leaning towards the stone wall. The cold edges from the wall poked his fair skin.
-The man clearly knows who I am, but I can't recall ever meeting him. It's a bit tragic that he thought I was a kid, but honestly I can understand.-
Gabriel looked down on the chilly concrete floor.
"Detect"
He saw the poor quality of the cellar floor. The ability 'detect' was alright, but he didn't se the use of it anymore. Just yesterday he once more turned into a madman, he even thought the ability was useful. He know the ability will be useful in the future, but not in this setting. Not as it is now...

THE REWARD FROM COMPLETING THE DAILY QUEST HAS ARRIVED, WOULD YOU LIKE TO ACCEPT?
"Accept" he stunned as he gazed at the blue column to his left.
[QUEST REWARD]
YOU HAVE EARNED STAT POINTS +2
Gabriel was wondering where to distribute the stat points he earned. The stat points he got yesterday made a big difference in his strength when he distributed them at strength. He couldn't feel it at first, however he felt it once he began the strength exercises which was a part of the daily quest. He may not be strong, but it doesn't matter because he would gradually become better at everything. He grinned as last nights thoughts rushed through his mind.
"I'm soon going to become stronger and then I'm going to take my revenge " Gabriel was calm as he spoke to himself. His eyes beamed as he stood there leaning towards the wall. I should wait to distribute them until I know where I want them.

The smell of steak roamed in the fresh air near the dining hall. It was only Gabriel's parents and siblings who were home. Their other family members were almost never in the mansion since they have an another.
It's soon dinner the elderly maid told Gabriel as he was on his way out of the mansion. He stunned as he was walking into the dining hall. His family were already eating cow steak with potatoes covered in gravy. There was a big salad bowl filled with onion, corn, salad, tomatoes, cuc.u.mbers, breadcrumbs, cheese and dressing. Gabriel almost drooled when he saw the meal. He sat down and watched as Celeste lost the discussion against Claudia regarding who's the most handsome beast in the world.
-Stupid-
Charles glared at Gabriel as if he was a germ. He stood up from the table and walked angrily towards Gabriel.
A hand slammed into the table, the sound was loud.
"Hear now you peace of trash, stop glaring at us. You are only a disturbance!" He yelled. Gabriel responded by spitting Charles in the face. He was tiered of them ruining his life. Charles throws him from the corner of the room on to the floor in the middle of the dining hall. Gabriel felt pain in his right leg as he heard laughter from Celeste and noticed Claudia smile eagerly. His parents stared at him.
Charles changed into a lion with an incredible mane which streamed down his neck. Gabriel knew it was over the second his older brother transformed. Rage filled his mind as he stood up from the floor, his eyes beamed with blue.
-I did never do anything wrong to deserve this. WHY CAN THEY NOT LEAVE ME ALONE!-

His teeth grizzled towards each other as Charles was moving closer. Gabriel's body started glowing, the room were filled with silence as the light got stronger. An enormous paw with sharp claws appeared when the light consuming him started to vanish.
Charles stood still when a large black tiger appeared out of the light. It had white stripes s.h.i.+ning like the moon on a dark night and ocean blue eyes emitting warmth.
"Stay still little lion..." the tiger said with a familiar voice as the lights blew out.
