Gabriel clenched his right fist onto the old fas.h.i.+oned paper while frowning in disbelief. Most of the beasts in this industry isn't necessarily strong, but they became stronger by depending on each other.
"This is stupid, do they expect me to kill Mr. Greed of all people. He is the freaking boss of the league of destruction." Gabriel kicked a nearby metal chair which caused the oak wall to become bulky.
Gabriel changed into a pair of jeans and an oversized ruby red hoodie. After changing he exited his room heading towards the main entrance where the other hunters awaited for him eagerly. He knew the source of their excitement were caused by him receiving a task where he most likely would fail. So in short, he was most likely going to die.
Gabriel showed a fake smile to the others while he opened the door leading out in a dark alley covered in trash.
-Idiots, almost as idiotic and pathetic as I once were.-
Instead of the afraid boy he was just a couple of months earlier he had become quite impulsive. He shook of his emotions before he said:
"Detect"

Gabriel followed a light golden trace leading towards the building where he had parted with the strange man named Sam. The gates were enormous and looked like buildings themselves. Roses covered most of the fences running out from these gates which only complimented the sense of n.o.bility emerging from them.
"Status" Gabriel mumbled while walking cautiously towards the gates.

"Ugh, still to low" He muttered as he pa.s.sed the guards. A tight grip took hold of his shoulder as the guard spoke.
"You need a pa.s.s to be allowed to enter this academy, sir" The guard said politely.
"I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but I need to go and talk to an old friend of mine" as Gabriel displayed a gentle smile.
The other guard's reaction told him that they didn't believe him. The guard who wore a uniform similar to one of a general sent his fist towards Gabriel's head, but his fist didn't touch Gabriel since he dodged it simply by stepping aside.
"You little ****! Didn't you understand that you're not allowed to pa.s.s" the first guard shouted while a vein on his forehead could be seen faintly.
Gabriel moved gracefully towards them in a gentle manner. "I'm sorry sir, but in reality I couldn't care less"
Gabriel kicked both of them in one blow without much effort.
-They're both unconscious just after one blow to their peanut brains. Ether I must be strong or they may just be pathetic.-
Gabriel saw the second guard had an object in one of his pockets which emitted a faint aura. Since they didn't stop him from taking it he regarded it as his property from this moment on.
The object was actually a green amulet gleaming with a deep blue inner core.
Gabriel looked around checking if anyone had seen what had newly occurred, but he couldn't see anyone wandering through the big streets. " Luckily it's only seven in the morning" he stunned while putting the amulet in his left pocket.

Sam leaned towards one of the metal walls which surrounded him and three more people.
A young man with blond hair panted heavily almost as if he was going to die. Sam gazed at him bored of his weak opponent which rested at the hard floor covered in marble.
"It seems like your son doesn't reach the level of overpowering our champion yet mr. Warran" One of the men who stood in the corner grinned in amus.e.m.e.nt.
"Well, he has always been weak mr. Greed. However it doesn't make sense that my children are so pathetic. None of them are near me and my wife in strength."
Mr. Greed laughed quietly at a moment when mr. Warran thought about his children being weak....
