Rais joyfully nodded while catching the rolled poster thrown to him by Ludos. Then he glanced towards grandma."Oh, grandma? What is this illusionary princess, you talk of?
"These old eyes still see."
"Grandma, In these jungles, not an empire, it's difficult to find women here, where would a princess crawl out from?."
"An elegant young lady did visit, one must see to believe someone so beautiful exists. She resembled an artistic arrangement of gems and flowers. Her face a spotless glacier, stunning eyes of cerulean Rup, also the gorgeous, wavy hair born of blazing lava. Not I forget her beautiful smile. Moreover, despite her standing, the princess stayed pleasant and humble toward me." Grandma entered disturbingly tranquil state talking about her.
Rais and Ludos gaped at her, like seeing a crazy woman." grandma? You alright?"
"She spoke to me, for a long time, unlike you and Dinna, who avoids me all the time!" Grandma instantly expressed her grievances.
"Grandma you make this princess seem like a walking mermaid or a wingless archangel."
Rais and Ludos giggled together.
"Or maybe, you escorted an illusion of a charming devil or even the manifestation of the lost nature spirit."
Rais and Ludos both were amused and laughed once more. Grandma, also unable to hold her laughter, laughed with them.

"Yet no matter how gorgeous, she might be, she surely trails my lovely grandma."
Depleted of her speech reserve, Grandma explained no longer. Consequently, holding a dried twig, she flung it towards Rais while it caught on fire. Immediately after seizing it, Rais's hand became engulfed in flames.
A flame rune formed at the center of his palm, with a tiny elemental field around it. Rais supplied the elemental field with his mana, and the elemental field filtered his mana to supply the flame rune with only fire attributes mana.
Smiling Rais extinguish the flame while trying to ignite it on his own. Staring at the inflamed twig, Rais saw his equivalence. The twig needed help to burn, and so did he.
Nevertheless, a smirk formed on his face, once the intricate runic wheel spun behind him, emitting an eerie red radiance. All he needs to do is carve a flame rune on his unique emblem, the runic wheel. Nevermore would he require an outside catalyst to ignite his own flame, though since his mom suggested he wait a few days, the flame rune engraving on this wheel will have to wait, little longer.
"Rais, your runic wheel looks f.u.c.king sick!" Ignoring the smell, Ludos excitedly approached him.
"How did you form it so fast?
"With violence!" Rais laughed.
"With a savage mother, anything is possible," Grandma casually added.
"When will you engrave the first rune on the wheel."
"You mean the second since I already engraved the first," Rais corrected with a smug expression on his face.
"Really? What might the first rune be?
"The one I deployed during a battle, against a mysterious enemy, the exulted.." Rais delayed. "..princess, the super stinky rune."
"Right," he felt stupid, not expecting the expected.
"Did I not force her to flee? Whoever she is, she did enter my room."
"Whatever you say."
"Alright, I will stop," placing the rolled poster to the side, Rais rushed into his room. "Wait for a little time, I will return flying."
Somersaulting into the vast, restless blues, Rais washed his body thoroughly. Returning back, he realized how drastically his senses had improved. Remembering his vision dream, he examined his right shoulder where the curse mark manifests from.
Not seeing the mark he stayed calm since he Rais always believed the visions like dreams he experienced were unrelated to the curse mark. Gripping his agitated heart, he felt an unknown primal joy. Though placing the feeling at the back of his mind, Rais sped forward while his messy hair drifted backward.
Wearing a black long sleeve s.h.i.+rt and indigo pants, Rais stepped out the door. Seizing all he needed, Rais jumped onto the branch Ludos leaned against.
"Grandma, I will listen to your story later."
"Arrive before the curtain descends," Grandma nodded, while Ludos jumped down from the branch.
"Sister said you owed her something."
"I have it here," Rais showed a stack of papers on his hand, loaded with runes, spell array, and magic diagrams.
"What's on this poster you brought, also what's made so excited about it?"
