. After the defeat of Undead Emperor Yakto and his minions. Kai was crowned as the new king of Buraford Kingdom and will sit on the throne after he graduated from Chronos Magic Academy. This was decided by his grandfather Yami and council of elders.

But Kai made a suggestion that he doesn't want the ancient system of administration to continue on.

Declaring"If I became the king of Buraford Kingdom then it also must change its way with his ideals. The n.o.ble system of administration is base and overlook the merit of others, so I want you guys to think of another way of administration. Which is focused on merit, but ensure the absolute command of the ruler over his territory and people"

Hearing Kai demand, naturally elders and ministers apposed Kai decision and feared that it will lead to a birth of a tyrant. Who will do as he likes without taking suggestions from his subordinates as their will be no power to appose and keep the the power of king in check. Even Yami don't agree with it.

This was the time when Behemoon, Jai, Kaya, Maya, Lord Bolt and Ellie stood up to support Kai decision and took charge of transforming the kingdom according to Kai demand.

The first started with calling all the n.o.bles family and their subordinate; wether they are corrupted or not didn't make matters. To brainwash and made some changes to their memories and truned them into workers of administration department and were divided into different departments to handle different works.

This measure got rid of all the rebels and opposition of n.o.bles and turned them into work force and adapted the administration structure of eastern region. While Behemoon took charge of the administration office and made sure everything is going fine.

Making all three main cities in three regions headquarters and incharge of maintenance of the region.

Second military power was fully controled by royal family and personal army of any kind was not allowed. 

The military power was taken under Jai and he became the instructor of entire Buraford Kingdom army and started training them. Settings the minimum target of rising soldiers cultivation to peak of magic Grandmaster stage.

While dividing it into inner army and outer army. Inner will deal with security and safety of people inside the territory while outer army will protect the boundary. While also reaching a special division which will work directly under the king order.

Ofcourse to start the training Jai called out most of the army away from the boundaries of country living few scout to get regular updates from them.

So the h.e.l.lish training began and name of demonic instructor have already spread among all.

While Bolt and Kaya continued to focus on infrastructure of the kingdom and rapid development with support from Fastasia group.

While Maya was been training a group of medic and agriculture development of various parts of kingdom.

Ellie has been a major help, specially her potions. Even with all the workers, ministers and officers, Buraford Kingdom had a major lack of workforce for the rapid changes in the development. So potion which increases mental and physical health of individual have been on high demand and are consumed in a high rate to increase the efficiency of the workforce.

Some of them have not slept for months now and are working without any rest.

Military is also going through the same. Only recently a little break has been given to all. So that they can relax after three months of heavy working. So be more precise without no doubt that entire kingdom have went through a major changes in these three months.

One major thing which others didn't notice is that the entire new system of administration left Kai free of all adminstration work, at the same time granting him power over the final policies and major decisions of the kingdom.

Lord Bolt is standing before the window. Looking at the western gate with a smile on his face and beside him Alfred and Simon are standing.

After getting dismissed from the election of king candidate. Simon started helping the people recover from the aftermath of the disaster, but Behemoon contacted him and made him the city lord of Rio city. The governor of western region of Buraford Kingdom; while Alfred is currently following Lord Bolt and acting as his a.s.sistant as well as receiving guidance of Lord Bolt in cultivation and later Simon also joined cultivation process. Being a fire magic user Simon greatly benefited. Alfred and Simon has major breakthrough in their cultivation under his guidance.

Alfred has already reached first level of magic knight stage while Simon is level seven magic knight expert.

The carriage carrying, Duke Grawn and Saintess stopped before the castle gate as one of the guards open the door and they came out and looked at the Castle before them.

Which is currently going under reconstruction and workers are still working and repairing the walls and no guards can be seen beside the castle gate which is wide open to welcome anyone.

As they saw a handsome man wearing navy blue colour robe almost touching the ground coming out of the castle with a smile on his face.

"How are you?Duke Grawn. I have been expecting your arrival"Said Simon while reaching out his hand for a handshake with Duke Grawn.

"Hahahahaha it's been a long time,I have seen you prince Simon. How have you been? I have tried to look for you after my best friend, Duke William death"asked Duke Grawn with a look of sadness in his eyes.

In response Simon had a humble smile on his face"Duke Grawn, thank for your concerned. I am doing well and I am no longer a prince,but a civil servant appointment by the centre for the management of western region. Determined to live up to expectations of the king"

Duke Grawn looked at Simon with astonishment in his eyes, after all the Simon he knew will never say, such words and always feel arrogance in his voice.

He already have read the information send by the spies about the changes in the administration structure of Buraford Kingdom and how they abolished the previous system and pull out a complete new system.

But nothing happened and the new structure is working really very well. Some reports also said that workers, minister, officer are working day and night aside from small break of ten minutes in between four hours.

But from the looks of it. All reports were real.

On entering the room they saw two man's are standing beside the teleporter.

As they looked at them with a smile on his face. But there eyes were fixed on the short red haired, muscles man. who is almost 2meter tall and wore blown sleeveless dress with a black pants and military leathers shoes.

They both can feel the unique atmosphere around this person and they did not doubt that, the person standing before them is the cause of the fear. They have felt at the western gate of city and swolled a mouthful of saliva before they had guts to speak to him.

"This guy is same as miss Kaya. Just many peak magic champion stage expert did Buraford Kingdom have"thought Duke Grawn.

On the other hand Saintess Maya was completely bewildered. Unlike Duke Grawn who is only level two magic champion. Hearing that Duke Grawn nodded and looked at Lord Bolt and Alfred.

"It's nice to meet you gentleman. I am Duke Grawn. One of the five Duke of Oman Empire and ruler of Peru region of empire"

"Nice to meet you. Duke Grawn and I was looking forward to meeting you. I have heard about you from Kaya, you really are a person as Kaya has described you to be"said Bolt.

"It was my honour to meet Lord Bolt"replied Duke Grawn as they shake hands with smile on his face.

Bolt nodded"We have been expecting your arrival but didn't think Duke will arrive one day early then, but I think it will be a good opportunity to study the market of capital city. So I will not delay further. But before that please answer my questions who is that person accompaning you"

"Lord Bolt. That person is messager send by her majesty to deliver some important message to Sir Yami"

Hearings that Bolt nod and took at last look at the person covered in white cloths and ordered Alfred

"Alfred accompany and act as a guide for Duke Grawn and sir messager during their stay in Royal capital and report to Behemoon about the development of Western region"

Hearing that Alfred bow to Lord Bolt and stood beside Duke Grawn and messager.

While Simon activated the teleporter and one by one they entered it and after sometime Simon turned it off and looked at Lord Bolt and asked.

"Sir, who was that messenger"

Simon had been trying to use his magic sense to look at ident.i.ty of the person covered in white cloth. But is magic sense was blocked which only proves that. The person in white cloth cultivation is higher than his by a large margin.

While Bolt smiled"A half step saint stage expert"
