Though contemplating and at the same time confused and anxious to why was here daughter on Table 10, w.a.n.g Reiji gathered her courage and still approached them.

"Good evening, esteemed guests. I'll be your waitress for this evening. Would you like a gla.s.s of wine or champagne?" w.a.n.g Reiji modulated her voice before she spoke to introduce herself. She also maintained a safe distance from the table, careful not to be recognized by the engineer or her nosy daughter. 

"We'll just call you back when we need anything more than water. Thank you," Qin Sho politely dismissed her. He seemed not to recognize her thanks to the mask that concealed her face. 

w.a.n.g Reiji nodded, and walked away as she made tapping sounds on her earpiece to inform Rentao and Hanzo that things have been out of its way. She then look around her to search for her brother. What the h.e.l.l was Europa doing on Table 10? She was sure as h.e.l.l that before the event started, her daughter was occupying Table 1. What went wrong? 

Just before she got dizzy spinning around looking for her brother, she finally caught sight of him. Observing him, w.a.n.g Yuvin seemed to be searching for someone as well. 

'Is he searching for me? Hmmm... We should have given him a communication device as well.' w.a.n.g Reiji thought to herself as she started walking towards w.a.n.g Yuvin's location while she carried the tray with wine and chamgpagne. 

"Hanzo, check what my brother is up to. He looks frantic and uneasy. Also find out why my daughter and the twins transferred tables. Check the cameras and inform me," she abruptly ordered Hanzo. w.a.n.g Reiji tried her best to look composed. Rentao was about to approach her, but reminded him to stay lowkey and stop following her.

"I'm working on it, boss. Just give me a few moments to review the footage." Sensing the urgency in his boss' words, Hanzo wasted no time and look through the raw CCTV videos. 

"Alright. Anyway, I am on my way to Yuvin. He is just across the room. I just hope I can get pa.s.s this sea of tables and chairs swiftly enough to reach him though." w.a.n.g Reiji murmured to her communication device as walked across the room to get to w.a.n.g Yuvin. She was only some few steps away when the Managing director blocked her way.

"Hey you! What are you doing here?" The Managing Director asked, her exasperation evident even behind the mask she was wearing. She then moved her eyes towards the tray w.a.n.g Reiji held in her hands. Seeing that the bottle of wine and champagne remained sealed and untouched, the managing director became more annoyed. 

"Why are you still carrying the bottles? You are supposed to take those to Table 10! Also, you are to stand near the table so you can a.s.sist the VIP guests right away!" The Managing director scolded w.a.n.g Reiji but was trying so hard not to create a scene. 

"Please forgive my incompetence, Ma'am. But I already went to that table. But the man who seems to be in charge of the group said he will just call me when they need something aside from water."

"Okay! I get it! But how are you supposed to know if he already needs something from you when you are this far away from them?!" 

"I am on my way to the kitchen to return the bottles to keep them chilled in the cooler, Ma'am." w.a.n.g Reiji quickly replied, good thing the kitchen was in the same direction. 

"Is that so? You should have told me that right away! Quickly! To the kitchen! And make sure to hurry back to the guests!" The managing director seemed to accept w.a.n.g Reiji's excuse. 

w.a.n.g Reiji did not utter a word of reply anymore and hurried her way to the kitchen. However, instead going straight to the wine fridge, she pa.s.sed the tray she was holding to a waiter. 

"Sorry, can you please take these to the cooler? I am in a hurry to go back inside." w.a.n.g Reiji said this with a smile. She knew well how to use a woman's charm into her advantage. 

"You are in charge of table 10, right? Okay. But I will just help you this one time only." The waiter replied as he took the tray from w.a.n.g Reiji's hands.

"Thank you!" w.a.n.g Reiji exclaimed before she gave the waiter a flying kiss. She then fled out of the kitchen and went back inside the hall. 

"Hanzo? Any news? What did you find out?" w.a.n.g Reiji whispered at her communication device.

"Sorry, boss. It took me longer that I expected. Based on my review of the footage, it seems like Yuvin noticed a suspicious man beside Europa while he was on the stage, delivering his speech. I then checked Table 1. Indeed a man was sitting beside Europa during the welcome speech. And from what I have observed, they were talking to each other. Maybe Yuvin is speculated that he could be someone dangerous." Hanzo responded. He knew this made his boss tensed up, and start working to look deeper on this.

"Do not worry, boss. I already sealed all exits. I also informed all guards to say alert and to keep it down. In case the man decides to escape, I will lead him to a trap." Hanzo added. 

"Good job, Hanzo! Hmmm... Who could this d.a.m.n guy be? The audactiy... Hanzo, send me a copy of the footage. I want to see it too." 

"I figured that you will be asking for a copy. I already sent one in your email, boss." 

"Thank you, Hanzo." w.a.n.g Reiji replied as she stepped inside the banquet hall. Her eyes then started looking for her brother. 

'There he is!' She then found w.a.n.g Yuvin b.u.mping into some dignified looking gentlemen. It looked like w.a.n.g Yuvin was blocked by these two and was having a hard time getting away from them. 

"Rentao, Hanzo, keep an eye on Yuvin," she ordered. 

"I will look for that man myself. Whoever messed this up will surely pay for this," she added, cracking her knuckles, and stretching her neck. Then she looked around, checking if she appears to be suspicious from touching her hair covering her earpiece. Looks good, she thought. She went to the corner, about to give some stern orders to her workers.

"Hanzo, I want you to look intently in every CCTV in this entire floor, and also identify the men who are blocking my brother . Make a thorough background check on who's in charge for today's event. I need to know everything, Hanzo. Rentao, stay alert. Rentao, I want you to stand nearby as soon as table 10 ask for a.s.sistance and do not take your eyes off my daughter, kay? All clear?" she clearly ordered as she turned around and went straight to the fire exit.

"Yes, boss!" Rentao and Hanzo answered in unison. 

Rentao then had no choice but to follow w.a.n.g Reiji's orders. He quickly moved near table 10 and stood behind Qin Sho.

"Excuse me?" Qin Sho waved his hand at Rentao's direction. Rentao hurriedly went there, and plastered a smile at him before he then said, "Good evening, Sir. How can I be of service to you?" 

"I cannot seem to find the waitress a.s.signed to our table. Can you please take our orders instead?"

"Of course, Sir! I can definitely do that."

"Okay then,we would like some—"Qin Sho started giving for their requests, but Europa interrupted him.

"Uncle Sho! Please pardon my intrusion. But I think it is now the time for me to feed my pet cat Misha." Little Europa got up from her seat and ran towards Qin Sho. The twins Ai and Bai followed quickly after her. 

"Is that so? Let's just ask either Miss Ai or Miss Bai to feed Misha. Please, go back to your seat and let them feed your pet cat." Qin Sho said calmly as he gently patted Europa's head. 

However, Europa seemed to disagree with Qin Sho's idea. She frantically shook her head before she then pleaded to Qin Sho. And with puppy eyes she said, 

"Uncle Sho, can you please allow me to go to my room so I can be with Misha? Promise, I won't take long. I will leave quickly once Misha is finished eating her meal." As Europa waited for Qin Sho's answer, she bared the facial expression of one expecting a good news. 

Seeing how hopeful Europa was, the mighty boss of Dragon Claw Enterprise did not have the heart to turn down the adorable girl's request. Like the many other victims ensnared by Europa's charm, he too was completely defeated.
