After all of the commotion earlier due to Raigaki, everything went back to normal. I saw Raigaki get restrained by Rena and dragged somewhere in the building. I helplessly looked at Raigaki pleading for backup until he disappeared from my sight. Since it is almost time to go to school, I quickly returned to my room and started preparing.This time around, I decided to bring Itazura and Hikari with me. Itazura would be helpful in making illusions for me while Hikari can be a huge help if there is something or someone possessing a dark aura in which Hikari can easily absorb and dispel. I know that there is something else going on in the school, I decided to just go to school without taking breakfast. My priority right now is to find the main source of the abnormal awakenings.With the students not yet around much, it is easier for me to survey the whole school's different areas that might hide something interesting. Still, I am guessing I need to learn teleportation magic from Moonlight because walking or riding a bike takes a while before you can reach a destination. Call me lazy or anything but I want an easy access and convenient magic for movement like teleportation. But since I still yet to learn the skill, walking would be the best choice for me since there is no other choice. I don't have a bicycle anyway and commuting is just a waste of money if you can just walk.30 minutes walk is all that it takes to reach the school. Since it was a bit early, only a few students are currently around at the moment. A perfect timing to check around the place.…In the end, I wasn't able to find anything except some weird tracings of mana around the place. Still, I don't really find any solid evidence that might lead me to the source of the magic. One thing is for sure though, in the club room of the Kendo Club, a severe amount of mana leak traces is present. It was quite obvious to see that this mana leak is not something a normal magician would do but someone who just awakened, though that did not happen to me at all.The mana traces are spilled all around the floor which is easily seen. I tried tracking it down but it stopped halfway the corridor which means he or she managed to control his or her mana from leaking out. I am worried about this newly awakened student this time. What if his or her power is something that is related to kendo? Isn't that going to be troublesome?Without any further clue, I decided to stop my investigations in the meantime until the end of the month. If I did not managed to stop the awakened in a month, then many people would be able to notice the existence of magicians.Bell started ringing after my investigations so I decided to head back. He was like being chased by someone and he just stopped running there. Sweat started to pour out of his forehead as he stare into the red liquid flowing on the floor. On that same liquid is a guy that has a slash wounds on his body. From the looks of it, he is already dead.The guy holding the bamboo sword slowly forms a grin on his face as he stare into the corpse. "Ha...it's your fault for looking down on me, you piece of sh*t. I hope you rot in h.e.l.l."He looks at his bamboo sword and a he started laughing maniacally."Looks like I am the chosen one after all..."…I yawned as I listen to the lecture. After my investigation, there are no more things left at the moment to check. I am in a stuck route at the moment. I rubbed my eyes and yawned again. Honestly, I learned most of the lessons being lectured last night and just listening it again made me feel drowsy."Kazuma, don't sleep in the middle of the cla.s.s," Erina whispered."I know, I know. It didn't take a lot of time for Itazura to find that teacher and followed him. As soon as they arrived into the meeting room, Itazura looks around to find a good spot to listen at the moment. We already called the police and called an ambulance but we decided to just let it be a secret for now so that the students don't panic.""Someone died?"The teachers started mumbling in unison. Asuza tapped the table and once again and stopped the teachers from talking."The student who just died is someone who has no parents and lives alone in his house. We contacted the number he put in his ID in case of an emergency and found out that it was his old neighbor beside his apartment who is his friend.""Who did this horrendous thing again? I have enough of this strange events in this school happening and I don't know when will the teachers be targeted! On those first cases, everyone is still alive and they are either injured or just having a trauma but now, someone really died!" one of the male teachers exclaimed."Relax. We are currently conducting investigation for the perpetrator at the moment. No one needs to worry about their safety," Asuza said and glanced at Itazura. She nodded in response which is a signal that this was one of those events that is caused by the newly awakened. Looks like the very vital clue I am looking for just emerged by itself.
