Her trip to France was called off. When she had called Xie Yuansheng to inform him that she had to cancel the plan, he was furious. He was waiting for her to tour around France and Italy.

"Feng Xinying, Xie Shengjun can take care of Keira. You come!" he shouted at her.

"Xie Yuansheng, Keira is not well. She had a panic attack. Unless I help her, she won't be able to get out of here. Xie Shengjun's people have informed him that his enemies have surrounded the entire area and they are waiting to strike down Keira at any given point of time," explained Feng Xinying.

"How can you think of jeopardizing your life, Xinying? I will not allow you to do that!" he barked on phone and then he disconnected the call.

Xie Shengjun was standing near Feng Xinying and this time he was under the line of fire. "Brother, why are you doing this to Feng Xinying? Are you so blinded that you can't see that she is also going to be affected?"

The two brothers finally came to a common conclusion in which Keira would disguise as Feng Xinying and leave for the airport, while Feng Xinying would stay at home. They had to take help of the nurse.

When Keira had safely crossed the security check-in at the airport and had gone to the gate for departure, she called Xie Shengjun.

"Shengjun, I am sitting in front of my gate for departure. The flight is boarding now. Is Feng Xinying okay?" she asked.

"Be safe Keira. In America, my people will come to escort you to your home, so don't go out unless they are there to receive you. And yes, Feng Xinying is fine," replied Xie Shengjun. He had to find who was behind all these attacks on Keira. He gave the phone to Feng Xinying.

"Keira, are you okay now? Keep calm now that you are going to meet your family."

"Xinying, thank you so much…"

"I didn't do anything. You had come all the way from America to be with me. Can't I even do this much for you? Don't dwell upon this and have a safe journey."

Keira's eyes welled up. She disconnected the call and looked at the girl who was announcing the final call to the boarding.

Feng Xinying was escorted back home with a lot of security and that to not from the usual route.

Things were getting dangerous and the moment Feng Xinying left, Xie Shengjun went to his office. He called all his people for a meeting. Apart from that all his supporters in the underworld were informed to attend the meeting. Even small time goons were asked to stay on alert. They were extremely surprised by the call sent from "The Crocodile". It as for the first time that he was so active.

However, "The Crocodile" wasn't Xie Shengjun. It was Xie Yuansheng.

Xie Yuansheng had given orders while sitting in a hotel in Paris. Once the orders were sent, he picked his gla.s.s of whiskey and went to stand near the window. She went around doing the usual jobs without talking much around.

In the afternoon, just before lunchtime, she received a call from one of the legal department people that Wu Bosun's signature were needed in the contract, which had been changed a little to accommodate his sister.

Feng Xinying called his secretary to ask when was he available.

"He will be back by evening. I will inform him madam," he replied.

"I can get the contract there for his signatures because I understand how busy he must be," she suggested.

"That would be great Miss Xinying."

"Okay, please call me when he is back to the office."

"Surely," said the secretary and disconnected the call.

It was afternoon and Feng Xinying took out her phone to call Xie Yuansheng while walking to the office cafeteria. As soon as she came out of the elevator and walked inside the cafeteria she noticed a burly man walking in her direction. He looked new to her and kind of not fitting in the office environment. "But this is a huge company. He might be a security guard," she thought as her gaze fell on his ID card.

Shrugging off her baseless suspicions, she dialed Xie Yuansheng's number.

While she was busy on her phone, he b.u.mped into her. "Oh! I am sorry miss," he said with a smile and left immediately leaving Feng Xinying staring at him.
