Shao Yan closed the dishwasher door, and then turned it on.

She took a clean cloth and then sprayed some cleaning solution to the cloth. She wanted to clean the marble kitchen island. "So that's how my afternoon went," before she started to wipe, Li Xiqing had taken the cloth from her hand, "here, let me do it. You can go prepare some tea for us."

Shao Yan slowly released a smile, and then nodded. She was about to walk away when suddenly she turned around, "Oh!" Shao Yan suddenly exclaimed and grabbed Li Xiqing on his bicep, "I almost forgot. Grandma knows that we are living together. She wants to meet you this weekend."

Shao Yan shook his arm a little, "Xiqing, what should we do? Grandma will be very angry at you. At us!" She bit her lower lip, and her eyes drooped. She was worried if Grandma would make things difficult for Li Xiqing.

He paused, and then he patted her hand back, "Don't worry. Sooner or later we have to meet her. It's only normal for the junior to greet the senior. Don't think too much, alright? Let me handle it."

When Li Xiqing finished showering and walked into the bedroom, he did not see Shao Yan anywehere in the room.

He was wiping his hair with his towel, while looking around the room. He saw from the gap underneath the door that the living room lights were on. He walked back to the bathroom, and hung his towel, before he walked out to the living room to find Shao Yan.

When he walked out, he heard a soft intrumental music was playing in the background.

As he was walking along the corridor, he heard a soft hum coming from the balcony. He slowly frowned. 'This girl, it's so windy, and yet she sat outside?' he scolded her inwardly.

He walked closer and then he saw her.

Shao Yan was sitting on a lounge chair at the patio. Li Xiqing had put that tiffany blue chaise in the balcony for her to relax. She had put on a navy blue pajamas, the silky material had shaped her figure so perfectly.

She had her hair swiped to the side, while she was reading on a tablet on her lap. Shao Yan heard his steady footsteps, and then she turned her head around.

Her lips slowly curved up, she patted the s.p.a.ce next to her, "Here, join me for some tea."

Li Xiqing walked closer, and then he sat on the velvet cus.h.i.+on. As he sat down, Shao Yan slightly risen up her body, and Li Xiqing slipped a hand behind her back, so she could lean on him.

"What are you reading?" he asked, while one hand was reaching out to the coffee table by his side and poured a new cup of tea for himself. A hint of chrysanthemum flower quickly spread around the room.

Shao Yan was leaning on his embrace, with both of her hands swiping around the computer tablet.

"Xiqing, look at this blog. I am thinking, should we go climb mount Fuji? This blogger recommended either we go there for sunrise or sunset," she showed him the page that she was looking at.

Li Xiqing had his left hand hugging her waist, and another hand was holding a teacup and taking a couple of sips of the flower tea. He looked at what Shao Yan wanted to show him. "I don't think we have time. Maybe next time, we can go back to j.a.pan again for another trip. I have everything planned out for the five days that we have."

He put down his tea cup, and then picked up hers. "Drink this first, it's getting colder," he handed the cup to her. Shao Yan gingerly took it, and then Li Xiqing took the tablet from her lap, and put it on his lap, and he started to read the page that she was looking at.

Shao Yan wrapped her hands around the teacup, "Xiqing, where should we bring Grandma for lunch?" She asked while leaning closer in his embrace.

Li Xiqing locked the tablet and then put it to the side, and then with one hand, he picked up his tea cup again, "I know a vegetarian restaurant that taste really good. I was thinking maybe we can bring her there, what do you think?"

Shao Yan pondered for a while, "To be honest, I'm not sure either, you can decide," with both of her hands on the cup, she blew the liquid slowly while hovering her lips over the cup slightly; moving to the left and right of the surface.

Li Xiqing put his teacup back on the table, "Then, don't worry about it anymore, just leave it to me to arrange it."

With his free hand, he swiped her hair that had fallen over her forehead as she was looking down on her cup. Shao Yan lifted up her eyes to look right back at him.

She was about to say something, when Shao Yan saw his face was moving closer. She stayed still until she felt his nose tips was touching hers, and her sight automatically fell on his lips.

Because she had just drank some tea, Li Xiqing was also looking at her glistening lips, and then he slowly touched his lips onto hers.

Her hands trembled, but she felt Li Xiqing had covered his hand over her tea cup. He grabbed it from her hands and then he put it to the side. His lips was slowly kissing hers; slowly teasing, and then let go. And then he would give small pecks, and then let go.

Shao Yan's hands reflexively clutched onto the front of his pajamas, wanting to have more taste.

More of him.

His left hand grabbed hold of her waist and brought her closer to him. Shao Yan docilely leaned into his chest. His right hand was still caressing her hair, and then slowly moved down to her cheek.
