"Do you sleep with lights on? Or off?"

His question stopped her wandering thoughts.

Li Xiqing came out of the bathroom, and had changed into his pajamas. It's a white t-s.h.i.+rt with grey wool sleeping pants.

He looked much younger. The fitted s.h.i.+rt shaped his chest muscle and showed off his toned arms perfectly. Shao Yan could not stopped staring.

"Uh.. Lights off. But I don't like it too dark, so usually I had a small light turned on somewhere in a corner."

Li Xiqing nodded that he understood.He liked to sleep in a dark closed room. He even had light blocking curtains as well. But for Shao Yan, he turned on the bathroom vanity lights, and set the door slightly ajar, before he walked back to the bed and turned off the main bedroom lights from the remote by the bedside table.

He lifted the blanket and he laid down next to her.

Shao Yan kept her eyes on him, watching his every moves.

He noticed that Shao Yan was looking at him, but Li Xiqing did not say anything. After he settled down, he scooped Shao Yan over and hold her from behind.

"Good night", he kissed her earlobe softly and then tightened his hold.

Shao Yan gradually relaxed and then started to fall asleep.

"Let's sleep for a while more, it's only six o'clock". He slide down back to bed. Shao Yan considered for a while, and then she walked over.

Li Xiqing held her again. Shao Yan had one hand hugging his waist and buried her face in his embrace. He had one arm over her shoulder, and the other hand was caressing her arm on his waist.

Their feet naturally searched and linked to each other.

And then they slept for a few hours more.

"... Li Xiqing?"

Shao Yan asked hesitantly. She wanted to get off the bed, but he was locking her tight.

Li Xiqing was still asleep. She called him softly again and finally he stirred, "En?"

Shao Yan hesitated. She moved away a little.

"Li Xiqing?" she whispered again.
