Old Zhong s.h.i.+fted through his catalog books. He also looked through his inventory, and finally found two cameras that he could recommend. He walked around the counter and took them out for Li Xiqing to choose.

One was a black Canon DSLR camera and the other one was a silver Pentax DSLR camera.

Li Xiqing picked them up one by one and tested the weight with his hands. He also tried to hold them in a position to shoot pictures to see which one would feel more comfortable for her.

After choosing for a while, he finally decided on the silver Pentax. Old Zhong showed him some tricks to taking good pictures. Li Xiqing was listening intently, as he was planning to tell Shao Yan later.

Old Zhong recommended some accessories for maximum result. So Li Xiqing bought them as well. Old Zhong was very pleased with his purchases, he kept talking to Li Xiqing about cameras and good spot for picture hunting around city S.

Li Xiqing took some notes, and started to plan the location for their next date. He would bring her out to take some pictures.

By the time he walked out of the shop, it was almost lunch time.

Li Xiqing put the camera stuffs in the trunk, and then he drove back to the office.

When he arrived in the office, he was occupied with work right away, and he totally forgot about his restless mind.

After the news of OnScience acquisition was released to the public, AG International also gained a good size of exposure which kept the whole company busy.

Gold Crane Publication and AG International also received a lot of media coverage and their social media accounts were invaded with new followers.

More exposure also meant more business.

Li Xiqing felt so refreshed. He had always loved challenges; and right now, it felt like how it had been when he just built AG International in the beginning.

The meeting today was to go over strategy with the Media Relations department. Li Xiqing was in a middle of the meeting, when Shao Yan's call came in.

"Yan Yan?" he picked it up and swiftly walked out, leaving behind a room of people who was exhausted after the meeting for a whole day!

"I'm fine. I just wanted to tell you, that you don't have to pick me up. Wenhai and I will need to go to printing house, and then he will send me back to my apartment."

He could hear that she was walking somewhere outdoor. The sound of wind and the noise of the street were in the background.

Li Xiqing walked back to his office. He picked up his mug and sipped a little, "Alright. I will come after I'm done here."

Shao Yan was walking to the parking lot with Wenhai, "Alright, I'll wait for you."

And then they talked for a few more minutes before they hung up.

The second meeting of the day was with the Strategic Planning department. They were brainstorming their ideas over how to ride the wave of fame to increase their market value further.

The discussion went on stagnant after some people started to argue about the current market situation according to a private survey company.

Li Xiqing glanced at his watch and realized that it was already this late. He decided not to continue with the meeting anymore, so he told everyone to wrap things up and continue tomorrow.

On the way home, he stopped at a grocery store, before going back to Shao Yan's apartment. He was certain that Shao Yan would be too tired to cook, so he decided that he would cook instead.

When Shao Yan entered her apartment, the fragrance of jasmine rice attacked her nostrils right away, and her stomach growled voluntarily.

Li Xiqing walked out of the kitchen, and he peeked at the front door. Shao Yan saw him, still in his blue dress s.h.i.+rt from this morning. He had put on her yellow ap.r.o.n, and was wiping his hands with napkin.

He gave her a dazzling smile, "You're home. Are you hungry?" he walked closer to her while untying the ap.r.o.n, "Your timing was perfect, dinner is just ready".

Shao Yan was dumbfounded. Why was the role seemed to be reversed now? Who was actually the wife in the family?

Shao Yan walked around him and untied the ap.r.o.n. She hugged him from behind, and placed her cheek on his back "Thank you for cooking, wifey!"

Her voice was m.u.f.fled, but he heard her clearly. He put his hands on top of hers and patted her hands lightly.

He turned around, and held her cheeks with both of his hands, and gave a light kiss to the corner of her lips.

He gave several more pecks and sure enough, he was rewarded with her happy smile. He let her go and then kissed her forehead, "Anytime, hubby".

Shao Yan bursted out a laugh and then let him go, "Let's eat, I'm starving." She grabbed his hand and they walked to the dining table together.

"You won't believe what happened today! Mr. w.a.n.g just tortured us all day."

She scooped a bowl of rice for him, and put it in front of him. And then she took her own bowl, and started to scoop for herself.

"I have been having meetings the whole day. Mr, w.a.n.g had us reviewed what OnScience has been planning for their projects, and how we should divide them."

She closed the rice cooker lid, and walked back to the dining table, "Tell me, how is it possible? They are OnScience projects, we won't have any control over it."

She sat down and started to eat and talk with her mouth full of food. Shao Yan was ranting, "The whole executives for OnScience will only be here in two weeks. But Mr. w.a.n.g already stole the start to divide the work now? What is he in rush for? I really don't understand..."

Li Xiqing just smiled and listened to her rants. He would occasionally picked some food and put it in her bowl.

She was grumpy today. She just wanted to vent and complain to Li Xiqing.
