"Yeah, she told me that she was in the bathroom doing her business. Even after two hours, she did not return. So, I went back to look for her but couldn't find her anywhere. So, I reported her to the head maid." Mei Ling said. 

"Well, she made a lot of mistakes while she was working." 

"Yeah, remember when she knocked out the vase."

"She also broke a lot of dishes. One day, she broke First Madam's tea set. She was lucky that First Madam did not blame her for that." 

"Remember when she did not clean Young Master Bo Lin's room properly? Young master Bo Lin almost got injured." 

"I was surprised that she was still here until today."

"She did not act as proper maid." 

"Yeah. She was stupid to disappear like that today. She should know that we get an awesome pay working here even though we are just maids." 

"Let's stop talking about her and get some rest. We have a lot of work to do tomorrow." 

The maids went to rest. While Duan Chunhua got kicked out of the house. Well, even though she had been kicked out, the head maid and Grandpa Hang were not so heartless to just let her out like that. 

This area was a private residence. It was very difficult to find a taxi. So, they called a taxi for Duan Chunhua, asking the taxi driver to send Duan Chunhua to the nearby bus station. They even paid for the transportation fees. 

Duan Chunhua gritted the teeth when she stepped into the taxi. The taxi brought her to the bus station. 

Duan Chunhua got off there. She did not want to return to the rural village.

There was nothing fancy over there. And the smell was horrible. Cow p.o.o.ps were everywhere. Since she already smelled the better air here, she was unwilling to go back to her village. 

The only place that she could go now was her aunt's house. She remembered that her aunt told her that if she got fired from Tang Residence, she needed to return to the rural village. However, she did not want to give up begging her aunt. Who knows that her aunt might be soft-hearted when hearing she got fired?

She called her aunt. 

"Aunt... Can I live with you?" Duan Chunhua asked.

"Did you get fired?" Her Aunt asked.

"Yes." Duan Chunhua admitted.

"What the h.e.l.l did you do? Didn't I tell you to return as soon as possible to Tang Residence? You should have enough time to return to Tang Residence after you leave my house. Where did you go?" Her Aunt scolded Duan Chunhua.

Duan Chunhua felt very wronged. It really was not her fault. 

"Aunt, there was a car accident when I was on the way back. It is not my fault." Duan Chunhua cried.

"Did you explain everything to the head maid?" Her Aunt asked.

"Of course, but they still fired me." Duan Chunhua asked.

Her Aunt went silent. After a while, Duan Chunhua heard her aunt's words.

"You can come over first. It is temporary. Not a permanent stay." Her Aunt said.

Duan Chunhua was very happy to hear that she could stay at her aunt's house. Even though it was a small house, it was better than going back to the rural village. 

"Thank you, Aunt." Duan Chunhua thanked her aunt.

So, Duan Chunhua dragged her bag and waited for the bus to go to her aunt's house. 

She arrived at her aunt's house. She was greeted by her aunt and her cousin. She and her cousin did not get along well. Her cousin's name is Fang Daiyu. 

Since there were only three rooms that were already occupied, Duan Chunhua had to share the room with her female cousin whom she did not get along with. 

"Can I stay inside another room?" Duan Chunhua asked.

"No, that is my brother's room. He dislikes having others entering his room." Fang Daiyu stated.

"You can sleep on the floor." Fang Daiyu said.

"What? Can I share a bed with you?" Duan Chunhua asked.

"Look at my bed. Do you think it is big enough to occupy two people? You should be grateful that you can stay in my room. To be honest, I don't want to let you stay in my room." Fang Daiyu said while rolling her eyes. 

'She even has the audacity wanting to sleep in my bed.' Fang Daiyu said. 

Fang Daiyu heard that Duan Chunhua worked at Tang Residence and got fired today. She wondered what Duan Chunhua had done to get fired from there. 

Fang Daiyu knew how Tang Residence was. Her mother used to work there. Tang Family were nice people. They helped her family a lot. They even helped her mother to buy the current house that they had been staying in. 

There was no way that they would fire Duan Chunhua if she did not do anything wrong. However, she did not plan to ask Duan Chunhua. 

"Please don't touch anything." Fang Daiyu said. 

"I understand." Duan Chunhua nodded.

'Who wants to touch your thing? There is nothing valuable here.' Duan Chunhua thought. She needed to think of something to stay here. She did not want to return to the rural village. 

She could find another work here. It is a city. There would be a lot of jobs that she could find.
