Better To Forget Than To Meet Again Chapter 1: How Dare You Think You're Entitled?

"Chao Sheng, I want my kid back."

Qin Qin was a little bit uneasy when she finally uttered the words out. The handsome man in front of her seemed to be indifferent and was with a poker face.

It had been three years.

She blacked out after giving birth to the kid. And when she woke up, the kid had already been brought away by Chao Sheng. She didn't even have the time to look at the kid.

She had been missing the kid during the past three years. Thus the first thing when she got out of the jail was came to Chao Sheng for the kid, even though she knew Chao Sheng hated her to death and chances for her to bring the kid back were rare. Still, she wanted to have a try.

Chao Sheng didn't decline her immediately. He sat there quietly, drinking coffee.

It seemed to Qin Qin that there may be a little chance. She licked her lips, "You will eventually have a kid with your wife. However, the kid is the only hope for me. I can't do without the kid. Chao Sheng, I beg you, beg you for giving back the kid to me! I promise you we won't appear in front of you anymore to disturb you. I beg you!"

Qin Qin tried hard to act humbly and even started to sob at the end of her speech.

"Hehe" Seeing the weeping beauty in front of him. Chao Sheng finally opened his mouth. Yet he was with indifferent voices, "You are no more than a surrogate. On what basis dare you think are ent.i.tled to ask the kid back?"

Qin Qin's body shook and cast down her eyes to cover her sadness, "I thought you didn't want the kid."

Chao Sheng managed a cold smile, "None of your business!"

Suddenly, Chao Sheng turned vicious, "It seems that three years punishment in jail was just not sufficient enough for you."

Qin Qin got uneasy again upon the scene. Three years ago, he sent her to the jail with the same look. 

Qin Qin was anxious, ""What...what do you want? The incident three years ago was not my fault. I was wrongly accused. I didn't kill people!"

"Do you think I would believe in the words uttered by a total liar?" Speaking of the the incident three years ago, Chao Sheng was a little bit carried away. He then threw off the coffee in his hands towards Qin Qin directly, "b.i.t.c.h, if it were not for you, Yunyun would not die!"

Qin Qin closed her eyes instinctively. She could feel the coffee sliding down from her face drop by drop. Pleasant fragrance of the coffee suffused her.

She gnashed her teeth and took it all. She managed not to cry out but couldn't help getting red eyes, "I've been in jail for it for three year. Wouldn't it be enough for the punishment? Why are you still unwilling to let me go?" Since he didn't trust her at all, there was no use explaining. All she wanted now was to get her kid back and live a new life.

Seeing the situation, the waiter wanted to help by instinct but was frightened back by Chao Sheng's stare. He stopped thereby and pretended not seeing anything at all.

"A hypocritical and ruthless woman like you deserves to be in jail forever. Three years are just a minor punishment!"

Qin Qin's face got pale and her fingers were s.h.i.+vering without control. She moved her lips, wanting to explain, but finally chose to keep silent on it. She just said bitterly, "Chao Sheng, could you please give the kid back to me considering we've known each other for long? I beg you."

Not touched by her at all, Chao Sheng put on a cold smile, "Couldn't believe the ever proud Qin Qin is begging me despite of her dignity? Beg me? Are you with a correct att.i.tude?"

"What do you want then? As long as I can, I'll manage, but on the condition that..." She could have the kid back.

He looked at her for a while quietly, and then opened his thin lips and said coldly, "Marry me."
