You were once such a good person. But now you are nothing but a monster. A monster who cares for nothing but himself who'll cut down anyone who gets in their way. The type of monster we had once worked together to defeat. But now I must bathe my blade in your blood to save the innocents from your wrath.

(Night pixie/fairy Joseline POV)
"Hmph take that stupid human! You killed our sisters so its only right this is your fate!" I exclaimed and kicked the dead eyes of the adventurer collapsed on the ground in front of me.
"Hey! Be careful with the goods! We still need to harvest the human you know. So, get back to work! The human won't just scalp himself!" One of my elder sisters scolded me shooting a glare with puffed up cheeks.
"Sorry! I'll get started!" My anger now began to subside after being lectured by my senior sister allowing me to calm my mind to focus on the task at hand. Taking out a small knife with a blade made from a thorn I begin cutting away at the adventurer's scalp. The knife was too small to be used as a proper weapon, but it was good enough for dismantling people like this.
Glancing around I could see that my siblings were far ahead of me. Some of them were already beginning to clean the scalps to use for dresses and skirts. Others were collecting teeth to be used for chairs.
The dryads were also busy. The larger dryads hardly took any damage with only a couple of them like the birch being burnt to a heavy degree. But in the end, none of the dryads died this time. The birch was close to it. So much for dryad superiority. If it weren't for us fairies and that flower, they would have all probably died! Maybe we could convince them to lower the fee for staying here…?
Before I knew it, I had already finished scalping most of the human skull. Holding it up I examined the light brown hair attached to the skin and smiled beaming with satisfaction. This color would make for a nice blanket.
{Amelia!!}
The telltale pheromones of the flower spread throughout the grove announcing his presence to all within the grove. Over my short life, I've learned that if your nose is strong enough; you'd be able to smell the subtle differences in the pheromones monster plants give off that differentiates the individual.
Amelia, for instance, had pheromones that had a warm earthy scent. While the flower had the faintest hint of flowery fragrance. But the strongest scent in his was a peculiar scent that I'd never smelled before. A thick acrid smell (Oil is the smell). I didn't like it all. It brought a strong foreboding feeling wherever it went. Diverting my attention back to the flower I tuned back in just in time to pick up on the familiar scent of Amelia's pheromones.
{Did you manage to kill the humans who ran away?}
{No, I didn't. Nearly got killed by one of them. I see you all managed to finish off the re- What the h.e.l.l are the fairies doing?}
I tilted my head to the side watching Joe curiously. I still had the b.l.o.o.d.y scalp in my hands and my arms were covered in blood
"We're harvesting materials for clothing!" One of my sisters chirped happily with a blood-soaked dress made from human skin and cartilage.
{… You know what I am not even going to pry any further than this. Enough crazy stuff has happened for one night.} The flower finally said with obvious exasperation.
I blinked my eyes in confusion at his reaction ad looked down at the scalp in my hand. It surely couldn't be that he was upset at seeing me scalping the human, could it? No way! It's perfectly normal to violate the corpses of humans! Back to cutting up the humans then!
(A few hours later in Joe's POV)
Nightmarish scenes. Almost dying. Murdering people in cold blood. This night was… eventful. By the time I returned to the grove the fairies had already butchered nearly half of the people. They really were monsters without morals. But I suppose I was the same since I killed a fair number of people without hesitation. Just more proof that whatever happened to my mind after reaching level 6 had a greater effect than I had believed on my mind.
If it was just shaving away at my morality it obviously didn't get all of it yet. Shortly after deciding to not question the fairies… questionable hobby I managed to convince them to give me the bodies of those they didn't butcher yet. With the ma.s.sive cut in their numbers, they didn't exactly need all the human skin and such. With Amelia's permission been spending my time burying the bodies in shallow graves inside of the grove.
She along with the fairies repeatedly pestered me about why I was doing this but every time my answer was that it was something I had to do. After saying so enough times, they eventually left me alone. Which wasn't exactly a lie. It was respect for the dead. I was once a human and it was at least common decency to give them a burial.
Even if it wasn't the type they deserved. It was the least I could do after killing them in such brutal ways. Especially that one dude I killed by shoving my roots up his nose. He wasn't easy to drag back. But after a long and strenuous journey and lots of digging, I finally buried the bodies.
But now I have another bigger problem. The adventurers managed to get away which means they'll most likely go tell the local guild about our presence. While the fairies and I could run away just fine that isn't necessarily true for the dryads. This was a problem. A very big one. One could say that I could just abandon them, but they were the first things to not try to kill me on sight. I couldn't help but get attached to them. For now, though I'll start upgrading my skills and such.

It's a bit satisfying to see a large number of skills, but quality over quant.i.ty is more important. But I can't help but wonder what upgrading my petals will do? I'll put a couple levels into it to find out. Which means I'll need to say goodbye to 5 points.
[Petals level 1 -> Petals level 3. Petals now can expand from the average 2 inches to 6 inches at will.]
Woah. Wait. I can make my mouth grow giant like those horror monsters you see in mangas and movies!? f.u.c.k that might be more terrifying than the fairies! That might be worth speaking into. Now, what's next? Stems. Stem for sure after what happened with blondie. I only have 27 points left so 14 points can be comfortably spent to bring it up to level 4.
[Stem level 1 -> Stem level 5. Stem upgrade available.
Iron stem available: Increases stem durability to that of iron.]
12 more points to go. And what better to spend them on than my thorn vines? Its all thanks to them I'm able to take on enemies which I'd normally be helpless against! Which just goes to show that it is most certainly one of the more versatile mutations in my a.r.s.enal.
[Thorn vines level 1 -> Thorn vines level 4. Total length of vines increases by 1 foot (1/3 of a meter) with every level up. Total length of vines 5 feet.]
Good good. Upgrading seems to be progressing quite well. Best of all my mind only feels slightly fuzzy. How nice. But now it's time to handle my skills. Let's see what we have available… Oh? OH!? OOOOH!?!?! I CAN GET f.u.c.kING BADa.s.s MAGIC!?! Who cares if it is weak! With this, I will be a magic flower!! Calm down. Focus on upgrading current skills and those!
I can use 11 points can bring drowsy pollen to level 5. And another 5 points to level up th.o.r.n.y defense twice. Now with some valuable low-level stuff ready for upgrades, we will purchase magic! I already have the MP to HP converter, so I'll only get the fireball spell. Then I'll upgrade it twice with 5 points to reach level 3!
[Drowsy pollen level 3 -> Drowsy pollen level 5. Upgrade available.
Numbing pollen level 1: Causes those afflicted to become drowsy and their senses dull making reactions slower.
Th.o.r.n.y defense level 1 -> Th.o.r.n.y defense level 3
Fireball level 1 -> Fireball level 3]
Hohoho! Just you wait adventurers! By the time you come back, you'll be facing a whole new type of enemy…
