Alex came back to the Gacha Palace, wondering what kind of slot gacha he would have. He expected it would be like the slot machine in a casino, but he might be wrong like the Dart Gacha.

Surprisingly, when he arrived inside the palace, the system girl, who was supposed to wear a white uniform, changed her attire into a short black dress. She did not forget a black stocking and gloves, looking like a casino girl.

Alex blinked his eyes, checking if his eyes were working perfectly. "Ehm… what happens with your clothes?"

"I just used one of your memory ideas and became a casino girl. At first, I thought about using a bunny girl costume, but then I realized, I am here to guide you, not seduce you." She said that but her dress was already s.e.xy enough.

"..." Alex did not really have any opinion about the outfit as long as it did not cross the line. He paused a bit, remembering what she said. "Casino Girl? Slot Gacha…"

"Yes. As you have expected, the Slot Gacha is like the slot machine in a casino." She smiled, stretching her hand politely, "Let's go. I will bring you to the Gacha."

Alex nodded, following her toward a Slot Machine. The machine was made of gold and just like the slot machine, it had three displaying screens that spin when the game was activated.

However, what he found different were three symbols above each screen. They looked like a shovel, a book, and a pouch. And a rainbow box hung on top of the machine, making it look like the extra reward from Gacha Box.

Seeing his gaze, Lin Xingzhi quickly explained, "This is a symbol for each Gacha: Tool, Technique, and Material."

"Ah, I see."

"Take a look at this." Pointing her finger at the screen, she pulled the handle on the side of the machine. The reels started spinning.

Alex could see that the usual '7' or bar and the like were replaced by (C), (UC), (R), (SR), and (UR).

"I am sure I don't need to explain what these characters stand for since I will be explaining how this machine works." She looked at Alex, who nodded his head and smiled. "To put it simply, each time you use this Gacha, you will get three items simultaneously. One tool or weapon, one Martial Arts or the like, and one material of all kinds.

"As for their rank, it will depend on what you get in the machine. For example, you get rare tools, ultra-rare technique, and common material, the slot rule does not apply and you get the rewards as it is. However, if you get the same rank in all three, you will receive the special box on the top as your fourth reward.

"The box contains the same rank as the one you get. If you get three Rare rewards, then the box will contain a Rare reward. And if you get three UR rewards, then you will get the fourth UR."

"The machine is not rigged, right? Or at least like what I learn from rumors about casinos?" Alex asked.

"If a system that is supposed to help the Host do something like that, it would be weird. I am not even sending you to death with the mission, so why should I do something as petty as that?" She shrugged.

"Though you can rig it so I can get all UR items…" Alex glanced, smiling playfully.

Looking at her, it seemed he could not joke around today. He sighed and inserted the coin before pulling the handle down.

He did not know whether he was lucky or unlucky after seeing he got two SR in the second try while two rare items on the third try.

"I guess, I want to open my Gacha Ticket and Summoning Coin so that I can save up the EXP cards." Alex glanced at the system girl.

"Alright. Just stay here since it will become a bit chaotic…" Lin Xingzhi said as she walked toward the machine.

She waved her hand, taking out all of his tickets at the same time. It created a tall stack of tickets. Ignoring that, she slowly inserted the first ticket inside the ticket hole.

The machine sucked the ticket one by one at breakneck speed. It looked like someone who tried to slurp a noodle but without needing to take a breath. It sucked all the tickets in less than thirty seconds.

It then started shooting out Gacha b.a.l.l.s one by one like a machine gun, making a fascinating spectacle for Alex.

This was the first time he saw something like this, albeit his expression slowly turned to the worst as he realized it was too much as the ticket slowly flooded the floor.

After another minute, the machine stopped. He finally realized how stressful working in this place and could not help but say, "Ehmm… I am sorry for making you through this…"

The system took a glimpse of his expression and made a little smile. She then clapped her hand once and said, "Collect."

When Alex heard that, he saw all items suddenly disappear, leaving only empty gacha b.a.l.l.s.

She clapped her hand once again. "Clear."

The b.a.l.l.s also disappeared and she finished her task in just two claps. "All the rewards are in your inventory."

"Ah." He suddenly realized it was the normal time for him to open his inventory to check the rewards. It could be said that the reward was pretty interesting as he also got many rank 6 materials from the Gacha even though it could not be compared to all rank 6 materials in this world.

She then walked to Alex and said, "I have finished."

"What do you mean?" Alex tilted his head, wondering if she knew something about the Strength Plateau and the green box.

"As long as you remember that, it will be alright. Now go, you have finished your business here." She held his hands as she pulled him outside.

"I don't know how long you will come here again, but take care, okay?" She waved her hand after pulling him out of the palace.

"Yeah…" Alex nodded. "You too."

The door then closed before Alex let out a long sigh. He knew the system might know something about the green box, but he would only know the answer if he went there.

"She only said that… not forbade me from going there. It should be alright." Alex sighed as he came out, searching for Anya. Unexpectedly, instead of finding her, he found Stina with her troubled expression.

"Are you… going to bring the two of them with you in the World Summit?" She asked.

"..." Alex was confused as to why she suddenly asked this, but still nodded his head. "Yes. That's what I am planning to do."

"Well, I don't want to ask you to stop or anything, but because of the recent event, we can safely a.s.sume it has become a bit chaotic in every continent. As for how chaotic it is, I will need to wait for the investigation report.
