Hermione ended up joining our study sessions after the troll incident happened.

She was still a little tense, but with the help of Daphne, she was slowly starting to see that not all things in the books are right, thus slowly they became good friends.

How she did that is simple really, she just pointed out the simple fact that different books about different subjects say different things.

The following weeks had slipped by quickly now that I'd had ignored my idiotic brother and that moronic Weasily's actions. and things have been looking up...well, besides the Quidditch match that was coming up Rose and Hermione...well morely Rose drew me into seeing a Quidditch match aomething that I had no particular care or interest for.

Adam- "I can't believe I am doing this right now.

Blaise smirked at me.

Blaise- "I can, you can never turn down Rose."

Rose suddenly wrapped an arm around my shoulders and snuggled into me making me blush and causing my friends to snicker.

Adam- "R-Rose? what are you doing?"

Rose just snuggled deeper and said in response.

Rose- "I'm cold, you make me warm."

My friends laughed at the expression on my face.

I shot a hex at Tracy who was wiggling her eyebrows in response yelped.

Just then the two teams came out along with Madam hootch.

Hootch- "alright, now I want a fair game you here?"

I snorted thinking about the idea of slySlytherinsing fair. All of my friends agreed with me.

Hootch- "Let the quidditch game commence!"

As I watched the game from the stands. blocking out the loud cheering from the people around me, I started to think. I wasn't interested in sports in my past life. The only time I watched sports was the redskins on tv on Sundays with my mom.

They weren't really that good even a person who doesn't even want sports like me could tell that.

I was started out of my musings when I heard a loud shout.

???- "Look out!"

I glance at the player who was flying towards Rose and I ame high speed.

I grabbed my wand and waved, a blue light shot from the tip expanding into a small barrier that the player had suddenly crashed into, before following to the ground with a loud thud.

Adam- "Hey Higgs, you alright?!"

he slowly and shakily raised his hand before giving me a thumbs up in response.

We had all met up at hagrid's after the Quidditch match for some tea to discuss what had happened. It was a total of me, Rose, Daphne, Tracy, Blaise, Neville, Hermione, and Hagrid.

Neville- "Me and Hermione saw snape curse Higgs broomstick, muttering to himself it must be him, Snape wouldn't let his eyes off of him."

Hagrid- "Total rubbish...why would he do somethin' like that?"

Tracy -"Yeah I agree, If It was mcladdin I might, but Snape wouldn't curse his own house like that."

Neville- "I think he tried to get past the three-headed dog on Halloween and it bit him, I and Hermione thought he was trying to steal whatever was guarding it."

Hagrid dropped his teapot.

Hagrid-"you know about fluffy? how?!"

Neville- "Fluffy?"

Hagrid- "Yes he's mine, I bought him off a Greek chappie and lund it to Dumbledore to guard the-"

Hermione- "-yes~"

She looked really eager.

Hagrid paused in mid-sentence and shook his head.

Hagrid- "Don't, don't ask me anymore, it's supposed to be top secret!"

Hermione-"But he did just try and steal it!"

Hagrid- "Rubbish, Snape'll do nothing of the sort, he's a Hogwarts teacher."

Hermione- "But he just tried to kill Rose and Adam! I know a jinx when I see one hagrid and I had read a. a lot of books about it Snape was staring unblinkingly at Higgs broom, it has to be him!"

Hagrid- "Yer Wrong I'm telling ya now that it's not! theirs no way snape would try to kill a student!"

Blaise- "Besides I noticed that queirll was also acting very strange recently, that stutter was very fake."

Hermione and Neville didn't look convinced. I sighed probably thinking that this conversation well goes on forever.

Hagrid- "Enough! this doesn't concern you! It's dangerous! You forget about the dog! You forget about what's guarding it! that stuff is between Professor Dumbledore and Nicholas Flamel."

Neville looked triumphed

Neville- "Aha! so there was something about Nicolas Flamel!?"

I sighed while Hagrid looked furious with himself.

Hagrid- "Alright, you two I can already tell your not gonna let this go, just promise me no matter what I say you'll be careful with yourselves alright?"

The two griffs nodded their heads. I glanced at Rose and had to stifle a groan, she looked way too eager. I can already tell this is going to be a pain in the a.s.s in the future.

sigh, how troublesome.
