Arlo was elated looking at her and had his lunch listening to her lavish praises.

After finis.h.i.+ng lunch, Sky spoke seriously as she bent and kept her elbow on the table, "If you are very interested in cooking, I will help you open a restaurant, I will be your regular customer."

Arlo followed the same, He kept his elbow and bent a little to reply, "Ms.Sky, You offered to open a new company first, then singer, model, professor, now a chef. What are you planning to offer next?"

Sky initially listened to his magnetic voice intently but seeing his face so near her heart skipped a beat, her gaze didn't leave his black iris.

She felt her cheeks burning, she backed off slowly and grabbed the water gla.s.s. She turned towards the gla.s.s wall and held the water gla.s.s with both hands to drink which covered her cheeks.

She was looking outside and drinking water as slowly as possible. Once she felt normal, She turned back to the table.

Sky kept the gla.s.s on the table before getting down from the stool. "When I get to know, you are good at other things, I will offer."

After realizing what she said sounded a little weird, she wanted to hideaway. She turned towards the door and walked out.

As Arlo finished saying, he noticed her brows which were raised, slowly settling down. He realized they were facing close when he saw her fair clear skin turning red. She had stopped breathing when she was moving away.

His lips slightly turned up and watched her keenly. Seeing her drinking a gla.s.s of water for more than two minutes surprised him more. He had the urge to tease her but he kept it himself. When he heard her, he suppressed his laughter and saw her going out in fl.u.s.ter.

"Ms.Sky." She had just reached the door when Arlo called.

Sky looked aloof when she turned back to him. He was still sitting, "You are very organized, I didn't expect that you could forget your mobile on the table!" Arlo said as he waved his hand holding her mobile.

Sky gritted her teeth and took long strides towards him and s.n.a.t.c.hed the mobile before she walked off.

Arlo saw her face again turning red in embarra.s.sment. He pursed his lips to control his expression. As soon as she went out he smiled in amus.e.m.e.nt.

While pa.s.sing the elevator, Sky saw Clark and Ryan exiting. For an unknown reason, she furrowed her brows when she looked at them.

"Sister Sky!" Clark called as soon as he saw her.

"Clark!" She stopped and looked at them.

"He tortured me to get him here to meet your secretary," Clark said with an annoyed expression on his face.

Sky patted on his shoulders and spoke amiable, "You should have called me instead. Next time, it will not happen."

Clark smiled at her and gave a dirty look to Ryan before entering the elevator. Sky turned towards Ryan and her cold tone sounded in the corridor.

"If you want to meet Arlo, call him. Don't go to my people. They are not obliged to listen to you. If this repeats again, I will not allow you to enter Harley again."

Sky left to her room right after she finished talking. When she reached her desk, she realized she was too rude. Her temper wasn't that bad. She relaxed for a bit before going out to apologize.

Arlo who came out saw Sky las.h.i.+ng out at Ryan. He remembered how Sam responded to him and didn't find her behavior abnormal.

Ryan who was stunned recovered and noticed around. After seeing Arlo, he went towards him, "What's happened to Ms.Harley? She was fuming when I saw her, then she warned me so badly just because I asked Clark. Did you make her angry?"

"Nope! Her mood was quite good until she left here." Arlo spoke looking towards Sky's office.

Then he faced Ryan, "Why are you here? Why did you ask Clark instead of me?"

"You won't allow me even if I ask you. Did you have lunch? I came to try it." Ryan said and went towards the kitchen.

Arlo saw Sky exiting her office. He thought she would scold again. "Arlo! Where is Ray?"

"He went to the kitchen." By the time he finished, She was going towards the kitchen.

"Thank you!" Sky replied to him and entered the kitchen.

Sky saw Ryan preparing the burrito bowl. Arlo followed her closely and he saw Ryan taking rice from the rice cooker.

Hearing shoe sound, Ryan turned back and saw Sky. He was about to say sorry but Sky said it. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have behaved like that."

"huh... mm..." Ryan watched them alternatively.

"Clark and others don't like to be questioned or ordered by others. If anything, you can call me or Arlo." Sky finished saying and left.

Both saw her leave. Ryan moved next to Arlo and poked him. "She apologizes immediately as soon as she realizes her mistake even if it is not required."

Arlo knew about it. He shot a glance at Ryan, "Eat and leave. You aren't allowed here without my permission."

Arlo left leaving him alone in the kitchen. Ryan finished eating and went to Sky's room after knocking.

Sky saw him and waited for him to speak. "Ms.Sky, I like your office. It's sleek and bright."

Sky gave a faint smile. Even though there were only two of them, Ryan started talking in low voice resting his hands on the desk. "Did you like Arlo's cooking?"

Sky hummed, "He is very skilled."

Ryan smiled brightly, "He knows to cook all types of food. You can ask to prepare anything."

"Oh okay!" Sky replied. Then she heard a knock on the door, "Come in."

Arlo entered and strode towards Ryan, "Sorry for disturbing! Ms.Sky"

Then he held Ryan by the collar and dragged him out. Sky chuckled seeing Ryan struggling to release himself from Arlo.

The Next day

Sky had almost finished her work except looking at a few files. So she decided to go to the kitchen if she could be of some help.

Sky saw him shredding chicken by his hands. "What's special today?"
