Star Wars: Force Bound 15 Group

"So what did you do?", Ben asked now as well after Jack made a hush sign toward David for them to wait for a little. Now that they were close to the s.p.a.ceport he couldn't stop his curiosity and just asked away.

Jack looked around a little bit and grabbed underneath his coat and took out a cylindrical object. "This right here." He smiled at them.

"You got to be kidding me. If that is what I think it is how did you get it? All the objects were kinda secured behind thick gla.s.s and all that." David commented when he looked at the item.

"I kinda thought about grabbing them with the force and use our system. It actually worked. It looks like I can stash anything inside our inventory as long as I come into contact with it through touch. That being said it seems to work just as fine with the force. So as long as I am close enough and get a grip over the object I can stash it." Jack smirked now after explaining.

"d.a.m.n, you would make the galaxies best thief with that." David sighed.

"Is that a lightsaber?", asked Ben to confirm if he was on the same page as them. "You actually emptied that vitrine?"

Jack nodded at him. "That is right. But not only this one." Jack then stashed the lightsaber back into his inventory.

"How much c.r.a.p did you steal?" David was rather worried now.

"Didn't count. Wait." He looked through his inventory. "Just went ahead and grabbed a few holocrons and lightsabers. 3 Holocrons and 7 lightsabers."

"What!?" David shouted a little hearing from him how much he stole. "What if that fat slug finds out he is missing so much stuff!?"

Jack just shrugged. His expression became somewhat solemn. "I don't plan on returning here for quite a while. We will just do the mission and let those other guys that are with us report back. And besides. How is he going to blame us? I basically did a ghost trick, not even real Jedi are able to do that. That is if he becomes aware that I am a force sensitive."

"You plan on betraying him?" Ben asked again.

"No...I plan to get rid of this slug in the long run. Currently, we are not able to do that and that is why I tried getting us a new mission buying some time." Jack looked to the side and one could hear his voice become cold. "At first I underestimated that b.a.s.t.a.r.d. But knowing now that he is watching us means only one thing. Either he or us."

Both Ben and David looked at him and had complicated feelings about it. Yet they weirdly enough felt that it was the only option for them.

"I don't like to say this, but It´s so f.u.c.ked up that even after hearing your words I feel so calm...It is the same when we killed those robbers and when you beat that one guy up to meat paste..." Ben frowned while saying his words. "I feel like I am not myself anymore..."

"You are right...Even though in my mind I am slightly panicking my body remains calm and soon even my mind calms down..." David agreed to his statement after noticing similarities.

Jack heard them and thought about it as well.

´Terra, can it be that our bodies are influencing our minds?´

[Yes, your bodies lived a life before you inhabited them. They know the cruel reality of this world. Especially with your occupations. Just the same as a body is a vessel for a soul and is influenced by it, so is the soul molded by the body.]

"That could become a problem later...I think we should get to know our own bodies a little bit better as soon as possible. Try to find out what your bodies were doing before we inhabited them, alright? I think we act as we do currently because the old personalities were different..." Jack told both of them.

Both of them nodded. David looked at Jack. "What is about you? The life your body had is already long gone..."

"I will manage somehow. Don't worry about me...", replied Jack and in his mind, he wondered if he really would be alright. That one slip was already enough to tell him to get his training going.

Then David sighed. "Anyway, why did you take so much? I doubt you can wield even a single one of those lightsabers nor open up a single holocron."

Jack smiled again. "Not now. But I do plan to meditate a little. Better start somewhere I guess. And I just took more for me and you guys to use. Whoever said only Jedi could use lightsabers? Anyway, there is also the case that they may all be broken or something."

Then Jack pointed towards David. "And if you really don't like using them I planned in taking out the kyber crystals inside them and making a one of a kind kyber armor. What do you think? Is it plausible? You are our tech wiz after all."

Obviously Jack was now trying to change the topic and succeeded.

Hearing Jack´s words David actually was surprised and thought hard about his words. "Hmm. Theoretically, it is possible but...shouldn't kyber crystals focus energy? Are you thinking about creating an armor that could generate a s.h.i.+eld like in Halo?... I think we could try that but I think realistically only a force user can really harness the power from such an armor without any damage. I at least don't want to wear an armor that basically can fry or pulverize me if it malfunctions."

Jack frowned. "That really sounds like a bad idea then. I will try and get better in the force first. That is my top priority currently. Maybe later I can contribute something to my own idea."

"Hehe, I think you will wait a long time if your goal is really such an armor. Just imagine you using it. You would become an unstoppable force to be reckoned with no doubt about it. The only thing to stop you then would be orbital bombardment." David chuckled lightly since he knew what such armor would signify. But for now, it was impractical and even worse, suicidal.

"Can kyber krystals be used to empower guns?" Ben also thought about an idea and asked David.

"Yeah, but they usually generate so much heat that the material around them melts down and the kyber would either meltdown or explode in that case... Now that would actually also be a problem with the armor. You would have to make a very delicate and powerful cooling system to keep it operational."

"So those weird little nail sized stones are that powerful, huh." Ben nodded to that. Even he knew what those crystals were. "Hey, what the h.e.l.l!!?"

Just at that moment when Ben further tried to think about the kyber crystals potential, they entered the hanger where their s.h.i.+p was docked at and he saw something that made him immediately agitated.

So Ben started running toward his own s.h.i.+p and looked at it in slight shock.

Jack frowned as well after he came running to him and looked at their s.h.i.+p.

"Who the f.u.c.k did this!!?" Ben now shouted out loud and even raised his hands.

It looks like someone actually vandalized the s.h.i.+p rather hard. There were damaged hull parts and other sc.r.a.ps lying around. Even the entrance ramp was open. Indicating someone had possibly plundered everything valuable inside.

"Is that your s.h.i.+p? Well, sorry to say that, but the Wulrang gang was a little bit rough on it." A female voice sounded from the side and all three looked over.

"You!?" Jack immediately recognized the person.

The blue-skinned Twi´lek that they met the cantina smiled now. "Oh, so it is you guys. Well, the world is a rather small one, isn't it?"

"The woman that got us into this mess.", commented David and growled a little after seeing her again.

"What do you want here?", asked Jack.

"Well, if this is your s.h.i.+p?" She pointed at the damaged s.p.a.ces.h.i.+p "Then we are on the same mission."

"You are working for Grakkus?"

"Yep, but not only me. The others are over there. Well, looks like we will have to wait with our departure with the damage on the s.h.i.+p?"

"No...She can still fly. Most of the s.h.i.+t they have done is still manageable." Ben denied her after sighing and looking around the s.h.i.+p.

He was actually very p.i.s.sed because of his s.h.i.+p. But there was weird happiness inside him that Jack picked up on. Looking from Ben to the woman he raised his brows again.

"Make the others board. We are leaving immediately. Staying on this junk moon any longer than we need to is only proving to be an annoyance.", said Jack in an authoritative voice and walked with Ben and David inside the s.h.i.+p.

Before they enter completely he grabbed David his shoulder. "Dave, make a scan for trackers and such. I think we had more guests on the s.h.i.+p than just those hooligans. Outside the s.h.i.+p is fine for now. When we throw off these people after the mission you can make another sweep."

"Right, I nearly forgot about that. Leave it to me. I hope they didn't plunder anything important from the stuff I use."

With that Jack and Ben went to the c.o.c.kpit and sat down there while David scanned and a.n.a.lyzed the damage done to the s.h.i.+p.

Later the other people they were supposed to be with also joined inside the lounge room after loading all their stuff in the cargo hold.

And after that was also done and everyone was ready Ben started the engines and started their flight. Putting the coordinates of their destination in the computer they needed to use a few hyperlanes first and then fly from there into deep s.p.a.ce.

So after they entered the hypertunnel and all three of them had nothing better to do they gathered tup with the other people already sitting in the lounge. All in all, there were another 6 people together with the Twi´lek. So 10 people including the three of them.

That was already a rather big group considering the type of mission.

"Alright, let´s get to know each other first, shall we?" Jack sighed and looked at the Twi´lek. "At least those who we don't know yet."

She only tossed him a sweet smile when she noticed his annoyed gaze.
