Before taking her back to his house, Huang Li had requested some pills to prevent pregnancy, which actually didn't work, because she discovered her pregnancy two weeks and some days later.

And with her father's insistence on her getting engaged to the man who defiled her, Huang Li planned her escape with Mr. Qin, a few days to her engagement with Guang Bo.

And since that incident at the hotel, Guang Bo did not contact her, as he hadn't the courage to do that. But he still remembered the words she said to him that evening he took her forcefully.

"You will never know any peace!"

As she cursed him, it really did happen. He has not known peace for the past 26 years from that incident to the current day.

Of course, Guang Bo didn't mention his evil deeds to anybody, and he acted selfishly and was relieved that Huang Li never mentioned the incident to anybody.

He could have been sent to jail for that action he took against her, she didn't report him but instead eloped with the man that cherished her more than the infatuation he had of her.

He was relieved that she left his sight because seeing her, would remind him of his sins, and the guilt he felt towards her.

Even after not being in peace for all these years, Guang Bo did not remember that Huang Li had cursed. He didn't know the reason he had not been at peace, until seeing the Huang family today.

Presently, Guang Bo just said to the Huang family, "… I… I was a little drunk and devastated because Li rejected me, and I committed a huge sin by forcing her against her wish. I'm sorry!!!"

In that shock of his confessions, n.o.body knew when Old Mr. Huang got up and landed a huge slap on his cheeks. He was so fast that it was too late to stop him.

"You forced my daughter against her wish?! Are you not an animal?!" Old Mr. Huang shouted while pointing at Guang Bo angrily. He would have hit him again if not for his sons holding him back.

Even Old Mr. Guang was shocked by his son's confession. He was disappointed at the shameful criminal act he committed years ago, but he still tried to defend him by blaming the alcohol he drank.

"Old Huang, you can't blame Bo directly, he was drunk. He wasn't in his right senses when that happened! And besides, this matter has been long, let's talk about something else."

"What did you say?!" Old Mrs. Huang said with reddened eyes. She wish she could bruise the old man's head right there, but she couldn't.

"Old Guang, have you lost your mind?! Has old age blocked your senses? If your son was not, or is not in his right senses, shouldn't he be sent to the psychiatric hospital, what is he still doing here? I hated my daughter and disowned her for 26 years and blamed her for embarra.s.sing our families, not knowing that your son has been the one behind it! And he had the guts to remain quiet for so many years while we blamed and hated the word person. Tell me, is this fair!" Old Mr. Huang shouted.

This time around, the rest of the Guang family members who were in hiding, walked out to watch the full drama on ground, with a shocked gaze at what the second eldest in their family did some years ago.

"No wonder Li was so resistant a few days before she left the house. I had no idea that my daughter went through such pain, hurt, shame and trauma all because the Guang family could not raise a good son!" Old Mrs. Huang shouted as she faced Old Mr. Huang who could not say a word.

How could he dare to talk? Gone were those hours he had the right to brag and insult the Huang family. Now, it was his turn to be insulted in his own house

Where was his pride? It was long gone!

Guang Bo saw that the matter was getting worse and tried to smooth things out. "Uncle Huang, I'm very sorry…"

The second son of the Huang family was not in a good mood, in fact, none of them were. He pointed at Guang Bo and said, "Who is your uncle? Does my father look like he has any blood relations.h.i.+p with your family?"

The Huang sisters began to speak one after the other.

"Guang Bo, even till the end, Li was very kind to you. She saved your dignity by not telling any of us what you did to her. What right do you have to deserve this kind of treatment after the abominable act you committed?"

"I can't believe you would do such a thing to my sister! I hope you would never find peace for the evil you did!"

The Huang family was deeply infuriated for the injustice Huang Li suffered, and for the light, they saw her in 26 years ago.

They all wondered how grieved Li was at the fact that her family was forcing her to marry the man that raped her. She must have felt deeply hurt even though they were ignorant of the matter.

The Huang family all felt like murdering Guang Bo, but it would not be worth it, to stain their hands with blood.

Old Mr. Huang could not stay a moment longer in the Guang residence, and immediately asked his family to leave with him, but Old Mr. Guang interrupted him.

"Old Huang, don't leave yet. Don't forget the main reason you came here for. You came here because you were looking for the biological father of your granddaughter. And now that we have all known the truth, why don't you and your family sit, so we can make peace?!"

Old Mrs. Huang responded angrily, "What peace? There is nothing that will ever bring our two families together. My granddaughter already had a father we were satisfied with. The blood of an unruly monster can never run her blood."

"I know you are angry, but I will pardon you. Since we have come this far, let my son and your granddaughter take a paternity test to officially confirm that he is her biological father." Old Mr.. Guang suggested.
