In the evening, Fu Hua told Jia Li about the vacation plans he made for her, after telling her to pack her bags and get ready to leave the house.

The way he said it at first, shocked Jia Li because she had thought he meant something else. Seeing her lost look, Fu Hua couldn't help chuckling.

He weaved his fingers through her long hair and cleared her clouded thoughts. "I booked a 4 days vacation for you and your friends in Miami."

"Are you serious or are you joking with me?" Jia Li asked with an unbelievable facial expression. She didn't know why she found it difficult to believe him, maybe it was because he sometimes, played pranks on her.

"There are times to joke, and there are times to be serious. Right now, I am very serious. I want you to go have fun and relax, then when you come back, we will continue with your clothing line business." Fu Hua said with a smile

Jia Li was about to say she was fine staying at home to rest, but his mentioning about her business matters, got her grabbing the opportunity to get away from work, like a child.

"Alright, I will go pack my things immediately. What about Jasmine, is she coming with me?"

Fu Hua patted her hair and said, "If I ask you to take Jasmine along, do you think you will find rest, which is the sole purpose for this vacation?"

Jia Li shook her head in a negative way. Taking Jasmine with her will give her a big headache because she would end up talking too much.

Jasmine was a very curious and sensitive toddler, which makes it difficult to control her, especially when you take her out. She would ask you lots of crazy questions and touch everything she sees, and the worst part is that if you scold her too much, she would end up crying.

Jia Li was definitely not about to add more problems to herself.

"Good! So, you go on your vacation while I take care of our little daughter till you come back." Fu Hua said and ended up kissing her cheeks.

Jia Li licked her lips after the kiss and said, "I will take this as a sacrifice for being a wonderful husband to me."

Fu Hua chuckled and said, "This is nothing! You want to know what the main sacrifice would be? You have to sleep with me every night till you travel to Miami, starting from this night."

"What! That means I have to sleep with you three nights in a row?" Jia Li asked.

"Hmmm…" Fu Hua hummed in reply as he put his hands inside his trouser pockets.

Jia Li thought if he wanted to make her body withered before sending off for the vacation. But she just realized that she doesn't know the kind of sleeping he meant. It may be just sleeping in his arms, instead of the other one in her mind, so she asked…

"What kind of sleeping with me did you mean?"

Fu Hua leaned over and stared right into her eyes while saying, "The one where my touches make you yearn for more, and also the one that makes you beg me to be faster."

"You!" Jia Li's face was so red out of embarra.s.sment, that she pushed him away and ran into the walk-in closet.

Fu Hua cracked up as he watched her run away out of embarra.s.sment. Although he was laughing now, he truly meant what he said.

A few minutes later, he went into the walk-in closet to help his wife pack her things. And while helping her out, he told her to speed up her proposal.

"… it doesn't need to be perfect, I can help you perfect it, but I want you to give me something tangible to work with. By the time you return, the board of directors should have approved it, and you will swing right into work."

"Sure, I will continue to work on it this night." Jia Li said as she took the folded dress he pa.s.sed to her and put it inside her luggage.

"No, not this night. After this, we will have dinner, and you know, you will start paying off your debts. Tomorrow, you don't have much doing at home, so you can take your time working on it." Fu Hua said to her.

Jia Li remains silent till they finished packing her box.

"You haven't given me the flight ticket." She said in a reminder.

Fu Hua glanced at her and said, "You and your friends are not going with the airplane, you four are flying in our family jet."

"Oh!" Jia Li said.

During dinner, Jasmine was acting like the considerate little child that she was. She has learned to put food on people's plates, and that's what she was doing for her great grandfather who looked amused at her cute actions.

Now, everyone wanted Jasmine to put food on their plates, but grandfather Fu rebuked them.

"You want Da Xia to feed grown-ups like you?" The old man asked while pointing his chopsticks at the people that were calling Jasmine and asking her to put food on their plates.

"But grandfather, Jasmine put food on your plate, were you not bothered when you are the oldest amongst us?" YingPei asked with a cunning gaze.

Grandfather Fu responded immediately, "It's because I am the oldest that I am exempted. Only Jasmine and I should receive the highest preferential treatment because we are the youngest and the oldest in this family."

"It seems like I have to return to my mother's womb and be born again," FangSu muttered under her breath.

"Whose womb?" Fu Hee asked with a frown.

FangSu didn't dare to say anything. It's not like she wanted to be scolded.

Fu Hee rolled her eyes at her daughter before changing her facial expression when she turned to speak to Jia Li.

"Jia Li, since you are still on a break, why don't you follow me out to see my friends 2 days later? We are going to an Auction." Fu Hee suggested.

She wanted to engage Jia Li in some activities that will make her not think much about what was happening around her.
