The doctor trembled in fear!

Jiang Guanchao looked at the steaming black medicine on the table and asked expressionlessly, “Did you hear someone selling candied hawthorn just now?”
The little medicine boy said, “That’s right. That old man comes to the streets to sell it every day. His candied hawthorn is delicious! It’s the best in the capital! Every time he sets up a stall, it’s quickly s.n.a.t.c.hed away!”
Hearing this, Yun Shuang was a little tempted. “I’ll go buy a few sticks of candied hawthorn for Cheng Xin and the children.”
After Yun Shuang went out, Jiang Guanchao stared straight at the bowl of medicine.
A five-year-old boy walked in and sat down opposite him.
The little boy was the doctor’s grandson.

The little boy did not move.
“I want five sticks… Are there no more orange-flavored ones?”
“Is there anything else?”
“Can you sell me the last string?”

Yun Shuang finished buying candied hawthorn.
