Dream Star 789 The Message The Stars Send Us Part 1

Lila did not understand how their little studying session ended up like this. How did it end up with Haruka backing her against the corner? Cornered and vulnerable, huh? But the person cornering her is her husband, so Lila is not sure whether she wanted to stop him or not. 

Since when was the last time they could get like this in public?

"Lila," Haruka whispered. "I can't wait anymore. But I will. I want you to know, though, how much I want you. So don't ever feel uneasy."

"O--okay, I understand."

Haruka chuckled and lightly kissed her lips. "I met with Rika to buy a present for you. But I decided it won't do any good like that, so I just went alone."

A present?

"For your birthday and Christmas."

Lila laughed when she heard the last line. "But uh, that's so far away..."

"Yeah."

"Hubby, um-- this position."

"Lila, you're so pretty." Haruka kissed her earlobe. "So pretty, and you're mine."

"Yes...ngh." She traced his chest with her fingers as he ran his hands through her skirt. "Are we flirting? What about our lessons?"

"Well, your English isn't that bad now."

Lila laughed softly. "I see, so you're complimenting me now?" 

"Mm." Haruka kissed her again. "But really, please don't worry. I will make sure nothing bad happens to you, Lila. I will keep you safe from harm's way. I will not let anybody hurt you."

If he says things like this, it makes it harder for her. If she continues to act childish and needy, Haruka will go along with it. But is that what she wants? Haruka should know what her true self is. She can no longer hide things from him. Lila, however, did not get a chance to voice her thoughts since he pa.s.sionately kissed her. 

A content sigh escaped her lips. She wonders why it has to be this person. There are so many people out there. So many guys have confessed their feelings. How did she end up picking Karas.h.i.+ma Haruka of all people? 

Haruka was the one with the worse reputation. He did not treat her very well from the start, but she still ended up picking him. It's a real mystery.

"I'm not comfortable like this. I want to lie down."

Haruka nodded and scooped her up in his arms. He brought her over to the couch, and soon he was hovering over her. "Is it truly fine? You know, after yesterday I realized something. The more I love you, the more I want to do things to you."

She extended her hand out and caressed her cheeks. "Haruka, you know I don't think I am a good person at all. Even though you have such intentions towards me, I want you to go through with it. I want you to break me completely."

At that comment, Haruka kissed her eyelids. "I know."

Huh? Lila blinked, puzzled at her husband's words. Did he just tell her that he knew? But if he knew, then why did he not say something beforehand? Or rather, why would he go along with it if he knew? Is he crazy? She stared at him, dumbfounded at his words. 

Haruka however, continued to remove his s.h.i.+rt. "Did you think I wouldn't realize? Im, not stupid, Lila. I've been with many women in the past before. I can tell." He trailed off. "But even then, there was something different about you. You desired me more than anybody else did, and yet at the same time---" He cupped her cheeks. "At the same time, you would not let me get closer. Tell me, Lila, what do you want from me now?"

What did she want from him? What she wants, that is indeed an excellent question. But by now, she thought her husband would understand. "What I want is you."

"Tonight then."

Lila blinked when she heard those words. Did he just say tonight? As in tonight, they will do it--? Haruka continued to kiss her neck. "For now, there is something else I want from you."

She looked at his expression, and sure enough, his eyes were now a gorgeous shade of red. It seems like she is defeated by this person every time.

A few hours later

She stares at the mansion with wide eyes. Wah, it's so large and pretty. She wonders who this acquaintance of Harukas is. She's never heard of that name before, and yet she seems to be a prominent figure in the elite world to own such an expensive looking mansion.

Haruka told her to wait at the entrance for him. But something tells her that he's already inside. What is he doing? Who is he with? Is it someone he doesn't want her to see him with? Lila quickly turned to hurry to the entrance, only to b.u.mp into someone. 

"I'm sorry---oh!!!" 

"Hey, I told you to wait at the entrance." 

"I'm sorry, I just missed you, Haruka." Also, she was afraid. Perhaps its because she doesn't know who this person is. But whenever Haruka mentions another female, she becomes incredibly uneasy.

 "Who's this Haruka? One of your women?"

 Oh. . .

"My wife."

"Whoah! You mean this cutie is Teras.h.i.+ma Lila? I see, I see now. She's indeed not your type, but it works." 

Is she not Haruka's type? Then the types of girls Haruka likes, is it like Rikksan? Lila frowned at that. She thought she already understood that before, but hearing it now bothers her a lot.

Haruka must have sensed this since he grabbed hold of her hand. Ah! "Shut it. You looked at her for far too long. Looking aside, you can't touch her." 

"How cruel. She must be special to you, though."

"Were leaving Lila." 

"Ah? Um, okay!"

After a few minutes of walking, she could no longer see the mansion. She wondered what that was all about. Haruka had a complicated looking expression there. She wonders why. Why did he look like that after his friend said that she was special to him? 

What's more, he didn't say a word to her this entire time and chose to remain silent. It did not help how he did not walk beside her, but a few steps ahead. Is he sulking about something? She does not want him to sulk? This is far too painful for her to watch.

She doesn't like this, even though they are usually so close together. Is she asking him something so complicated? Is that why he is giving her the slip-up? 

Why? She can't understand it. She doesn't like it, not understanding things that concern you. Whenever she doesn't understand, she ends up overthinking and gets worked up. She is uneasy, something's missing.
