This Time You Are Mine 335 Helping Her

"Is their new president planning to get some nominations and performance invitations from the committee using the fame and positive response from their recent activities?" 

Steve recalls the list of activities and achievements the artists of SkyMu had ever since the change in their management. There are a lot of changes in the artists and the activities they had. 

"There might be other details about this." Steve ponders on it and gives his secretary a call.

He instructs his secretary to gather doc.u.ments or articles related to SkyMu and its new president. The person on the other line promises to send an email containing the files by breakfast based on his local time. With full trust on his right man, Steve proceeds with the meeting he had scheduled earlier with his team. 

As for Jenny, she wakes up a bit earlier than usual and opens her laptop to check some emails and doc.u.ments. She unexpectedly reads the response from her brother. She smiles with full understanding of the contents and the words behind it. 

"So the rumors are true. Other companies won the biddings in his previous meetings. Last one bid before he goes home. I hope he wins this one." She murmurs as she calls for her nanny. 

"Yes, dear?" 

"I will be eating here while doing my school works. Please prepare an easy to eat breakfast for me." 

"I understand. The food will be served in a short while." 

After her order, she's left alone in her room and has all her morning dedicated to finis.h.i.+ng her projects. 

Back at the hotel, Vince carries Yve to the room's bath tub despite the latter's persistence not to. He reasons out that if crawling on the bed hurts then it will be harder to walk. Vince also expresses how sorry he was for the pain it caused her in return for his pleasure. Yve knows that she will not win it and seeing the expression on his face, she just agreed to it. On the other hand, Vince promises to only carry her and do nothing else. The door of the bathroom isn't properly closed so Vince can easily hear her once she finishes her bath. 

"Yve? How are you with the school projects?" Vince suddenly asks her a question.

"I've only accomplished one of my individual project and the same thing with the group. So out of 10, two were finished." Yve answers as she enjoys the dip in the bath tub. The water's temperature is just right and the fragrance is smells really good. 

"Do you want to work on your individual projects at the moment? I can help you with it." 

"Thanks. I would love to take your offer since I missed work and school yesterday but I don't have my papers with me." 

"Actually, I asked Eybelle to bring them along with your clothes. They're in the living room."

"Then, I'll happily accept." Yve smiles inside the bathroom. 

"So what do you want me to do first?" Vince asks.

"Please check my email and see if Lester sent any files for finalization. Check and see if it's alright." Yve requests as the sound for draining water is heard from the bath tub.

Vince opens her laptop and does as he's requested of. He silently checks the contents of the files. It seems to be a survey report along with its result and conclusion. He reviews it right from the qualifications of the partic.i.p.ants and the questions they needed to answer in the survey forms. Based on the contents, he can easily gauge that Yve was part until the answer collection. As for the a.n.a.lysis, it's correct but lacks additional details to finalize their report. 

"Can I add information here?" Vince raises his voice a bit for Yve to hear him. 

"…" But no response is heard because inside only the sound of water flowing out of the shower head. Vince decides to put his suggestions on the file but highlights it with a different color for Yve to easy checking later.

When silence fills the bath room, Vince calls out to Yve.

"Are you finished? Will it be fine for me to open the door?" 

"…" 

Yve is still shy to answer the question knowing that Vince will carry her again. Without any denial from Yve he walks inside the room to see his wife wearing a simple sky blue dress which is loose on the legs area and carries her back to the bed. 

"I added details and used a different color for identification." 

"Thank you. Then, I will just send it now to Lester for final lay out editing and printing." Yve responds as she types on some keys.

Yve asks Vince's opinion on the things she had accomplished with her homework. Vince is also patient enough to give her the feedback and helps her apply the necessary changes. 

"Thank you so much for all your help. I think we should head to our respective offices." Yve reminds Vince as she notices the clock on her laptop.

"Oh! It's that time already. Let me go get ready first." Vince rushes to the bathroom and the running water is heard from inside. Yve just can't help but smile at her husband's clumsiness at time.

 It's also the same for her. Whenever they are together, she just wishes the time to stop. If it's possible, she wants to spend 24/7 with him. Although it's impossible, she treasures all the days and hours they spend together. 

"Once the company project is over, I need to finalize our vacation. It will be our first official honeymoon and I want it to be special." Yve murmurs her plan.

Unknown to her though, the man inside the bathroom has the same idea as her. 

"She already planned for this event. I can't be undone during our vacation." 

He takes note to ask Sylvan regarding Yve's plan for their trip. He has clearly no intention of obstructing her plans but she didn't say that he can't plan his own surprise event within the schedule.
