Princess Lyn: Fleeting Dreams 473 What Do You Want To Do With Me?

Ten minutes isn't a long time. But this is him, he knew what he was doing.

"But Lyn," Rhys mumbled. "Tell me to stop if it goes overboard."

Stop? Rhys changed to kissing to sucking areas of her body. It felt stranger than it did yesterday and even wrong. This is a place where Allen does his work. It isn't his study but he spends a lot of time here.

She felt annoyed with Allen. If he was going to go somewhere, shouldn't he say something? No, the real cause of her irritation is what happened when she tried to hold his hand.

'I'm sorry.'

She couldn't miss his pained expression when he brushed away her hand. 

"What are you thinking, love?" Rhys asked.

"My body hurts."

Rhys laughed. "Well, it should do. I wonder how you would react if we did it."

"Say Rhys, why did you stop?"

"You're under age Lyn. Despite what it seems like, I am a man with morals. I won't touch you until your eighteen. But, in the mean time we can occupy yourself with other things." 

"Like this?" She hesitantly extended her hand out to loosen his robes.

"Like this." He repeated. "Mmm, your hands feel good love."

She wonders if Rhys truly understood what it means to do things like this with her. She cannot please him like other women and she understands little about desires. What does it mean to desire someone to the point that one turns into a monster? Even now she still does not understand. 

Rhys tugged at her hair and she came up for another kiss. Whenever they got this way, Lyn wondered what he was looking at. Whenever they finish talking and he looks at her with those eyes that want answers.

Chapter 474:

Lyn woke up to a warm hand on her forehead. The owner kept mumbling about her having a fever. A gentle voice that washed away the terror she felt. Ah, she heard this voice before, a very long time ago. Where did she hear it? 

Her thoughts broke off when he placed a gentle kiss on her lips.

"Rhys?" 

"Your awake?" Rhys briefly pulled away. "Master, can you checck on her now?"

She adjusted her vision and noticed it was slightly blurry. She could make out Rhys but everything else looked like strange silhouettes to her. There was another person in the room, somebody who approached the bed. But she could not see who it was. 

Rhys only called one person master and that was Prince Ralph.

"Are you uncomfortable Lyn?"

"I cant see very well."

"But can you see Rhys?"

Lyn turned to the right and indeed she saw Rhys clearly. "Yes."

"Then that's good. Don't worry Lyn your not sick."

She isn't? But she feels so strange. 

Ralph chuckled. "This happens when two peoples magic combines together. Magic combined without spells usually mean the two are joined physically."

At that comment heat crept onto her cheeks and she saw Rhys looking away too.

"I didn't realize you two were that close now."

To think that's what happened. Rhys and her have indeed done many unspeakable things since this arrangement started. But it was only last night where they broke some boundaries. Still it seems weird, she has never heard of magic enhancing with a little bit of touching.

Ralph nodded. "Yup this is good. But I hope you two used protection.."

Rhys threw a book across the man's head. "Alright, quit embarra.s.sing her already. Besides, we didn't do it. That's why I called you over."

Ralph raised his eyebrow. "You didn't?

"You know we didn't." Rhys sighed. "d.a.m.n."

Lyn examined his expression carefully and noticed it. He looked very frustrated. So even though he said it was okay, it seems like he is frustrated after all. Lyn buried her face in his back and Rhys carefully wrapped his arms around her, he lifted her up and she moved her face onto his neck. 

"You okay?"

"Mm.."

"Hey master is she really not sick?"

Ralph nodded. "She isnt sick, as in physical sickness. The merging of two magical powers ends up taking a lot of toll on the body emotionally. Whatever you feel she will feel. It will be like this for the next few days. She will understand your emotions and detect any changes immediately."

"The next few days huh?"

Lyn could not miss his tone when he said those words. Could it be that he planned to go somewhere and disappear again, but now he cant? She placed light kiss down his neck and Rhys groaned.

"Mmm. Well, that works out."

"Since that is sorted, I shall leave you two alone. Rhys you know what to do if anything changes right?"

"Yes I do."

Ralph turned to her, she could vaguely see him but she raised her hand to wave him goodbye.

"I hope you feel better soon, Princess Lyn." Ralph said before he left.

The brief moments of silence turned to Rhys laying her on the bed again. He gently rested her head on the pillow. "Rhys?"

"Just a kiss my love." 

"Okay."

When one person kisses the person they love, do they keep their eyes open or close it? Others say that people who keep their eyes open when kissing are bad people. They are the ones with hidden intentions. 

Lyn found the debate interesting whenever she heard it. During the recent gathering she heard many women discuss it. 

When Rhys stopped kissing her, it was hard to decipher his expression. But she didn't have to since he laid down beside her. "Alright, get some sleep now."

"I wanted to ask you something Rhys."

"What?"

"Why me?" 

She always wanted to know this. Why did Rhys pick her? Why did Rhys pick her when there is so many more fish in the sea? Lyn felt uncomfortable knowing that he spent so long with that female friend of his. Her feelings are clear and yet she does not tell him. It is difficult to say whether Rhys loves her or not.

It is cruel of her to think this way, but sometimes Lyn wondered if Rhys was actually in love with her. Is he not in love with her because he holds a grudge against her mother and wants to take revenge?

The word revenge is important for Rhys and even Kazuya, though she does not know about the latters revenge. 

Rhys did not reply to her verbally, but she felt his hands on her legs again. His lips against her ear. "Princess Lyn, how could you not understand by now?"

Indeed, how can she not? Even if Rhys is the type of man to do this to whoever, in front of the girl he like will act differently. Lyn has not seen him with other women in a very long time, but she recalled it clearly. Whenever Rhys is with other women, he acts differently. 

She turned to him and ran her hands through his exposed chest. A well defined body and such beautiful eyes. This person is perfect in every way, but at the same time there is something wrong. He is perfect and at the same time, she has never seen such a lonely person.

Even if it is her, waking up with Rhys beside her everyday is a bit nerve wracking. They more or less did that thing again. She wondered if it was okay for her to get used to this. Is it truly okay for her to get used to this? Her gaze fell on the man fast asleep beside her. Sometimes he looks childish. 

"Hey." Rhys said sleepily.

She reached over for a grape and placed it in his mouth. "The servants left this at the door."

"Yeah, its tasty."

"Rhys, what about your work?"

"It can wait."

It can? Lyn heard from Allen how bad the front lines are lately. There are times where Lyn feels very guilty. The people living in town are living in fear every single day while here she is fooling around with Rhys in the safety of the castle walls.

"I don't want people thinking I am taking up too much of your time." Lyn admitted when she saw his worried look. Everybody in the castle knows they are together unofficially. They all know where he disappears too.

"That does not matter. Besides, those people understand it too." Rhys trailed off as he brushed his fingers across her lips. "They understand what you mean to me, understand what I want to do with you."

"What you want to do with me?"

"Open your mouth Lyn."

She immediately did as he said and Rhys pushed his fingers inside her mouth. She unconsciously started to suck and lick.

"Yes, what I want to do with you." Rhys mumbled.
