"Where are you drawing this confidence from? Feng Jianyu?" Fuming in anger Yang Sheng threw Xiu Mei on to the floor of his room. "It's only been a few hours, you dare to set my laboratory on fire but forget that by going against me you're making things difficult for yourself."

From the corner of her eyes, Xiu Mei saw Yang Sheng's men following, as they dropped Mo Zhichan on the floor and stood surrounding him. He was still in a semi-conscious state but she heaved a sigh of relief seeing him fine.

Her eyes turned dark as she s.h.i.+fted her gaze to Yang Sheng. "Exactly it's only been a few hours and your high-tech lab caught fire. Just imagine the extent of destruction if I stay here a little longer." She paused for a second, pretending to think. "By the way, according to your instructions I didn't bring any gadget….. then how did all this happen?" She smirked.

Yang Sheng scowled like a mad animal and grabbed her neck tightly, as he pushed her to the edge of the table, squeezing. "I'll see what will happen to this confidence and smile when your precious Feng Jianyu will die.....or maybe the two dogs that you love so much... How about the ugly disabled man that happened to be your foster father…. Kong Zhi."

Xiu Mei's pupils shrank as she saw Yang Sheng flicking his wrist in the air. A man instantly picked the walkie-talkie tucked at his waist. "Bring them in."

Xiu Mei gasped, "Uncle Ghost.... Gemie, Roxie…."              

Kong Zhi was thrown on the floor above Mo Zhichan like a pile of dust while Gemie and Roxie were struggling wildly as a man holds them with a leash. They tried to bark but their mouths were sealed with duct tape.

"What have you done to them?" Xiu Mei fumed in anger. They are the ones that hold importance in her life and once again Yang Sheng targeted her family. Her face turned red; don't know if it was because of Yang Sheng grabbing her neck or because of seeing them at such a dangerous place.

"Nothing…. My researchers just gave him a sedative to keep his mouth shut. He was barking more than his dogs." Yang Sheng said referring to Kong Zhi as he let go of Xiu Mei's neck.

He was aware controlling XM wouldn't be an easy task. She is one h.e.l.l of a sly fox that knows her game plan perfectly. So after returning from the banquet, he ordered his men to kidnap Kong Zhi. The dogs just happened to be the added bonus!

Though his intention was to kidnap someone blood related to XM or maybe Feng Dingxiong, it was next to impossible considering the amount of security around them. XM and Feng Jianyu had done their homework properly before coming to Country Z. However, they forgot about the one in Country B.

"Cough… cough…." Xiu Mei rubbed her neck, trying to stabilize her breathing. She remembered he took Jianyu's name too. "Where is Jianyu?" She closed her eyes to calm herself first. Hurting Jianyu is not an easy task. His underground force is no less if compared to Lu Xion's.

Above that, with the combination of the forces of these two powerful men, the task is impossible. She cannot panic in a situation like this.

"Awww…. Too late to realize that." Yang Sheng said. "Wasn't it an intelligent plan to force your power into half? Your half of the team was in the Jaguar wild forest in the east while my entire force killed Feng Jianyu and Lu Xion on the island in the west?" Seeing Xiu Mei's pale face, Yang Sheng was more confident that he has cornered her. Now she has no other option to give in to his demands. She has already lost her man, now if she dares to act smart he will kill her father and foster father both.

No matter how strong Xiu Mei behaves in front of others, she cannot decline the fact that she is the weakest woman on the earth when it comes to her family and the people around her. And if the matter is concerning Feng Jianyu, she has no limitations.
