"No, please don't sweat it. This is an amazing transaction for me as well. I get to learn for you at the hospital and you get the herbs you badly need. We moved the roots that we dug up on the carriage already. I do not need any more at the house so I sent all of it with you." Subaru was feeling so grateful that he was just beaming with happiness.

Kazuki smiles and rubs his hands together. "I of course helped move the herbs that root was way too heavy for Subaru to move on his own." 

"Elder Brother, you need to stop and go help Suzuka. I can finish up with Subaru on my own." Gabriel looked at Kazuki as if he was a burden.

"Jeez, this is the thanks that I get for helping?" Kazuki says this playfully and pouts. 

"Look if you want my help to smooth things over with our parents you better get your a.s.s and gear back to your sweet pregnant wife." Gabriel doesn't change his expression.

Subaru chuckles, "He has you there Kazuki. We will be fine. I will help your brother, will you help your wife?" 

"Ouch. Tank about striking while the iron is hot. I'm off and I will be back later." Kazuki escapes quickly and doesn't look back. 'That boy is getting smarter.' 

Gabriel waits until Kazuki has been gone for five minutes and starts laughing and holds his side. "Oh, that was great." He wipes the tears that had come to her eyes. "Kazuki. Thank you for letting me see your panicked face. Subaru, do not worry I will still ease things for my brother and my parents. The most that will happen is that he will get punished for not at least cancelling the meeting with his bride to be." 

"Oh, I see. Then everything will be okay then? He seems a bit afraid." Subaru shook his head and was chuckling.

Gabriel composes himself and looks at Subaru, "Yeah. He is bringing home a beautiful bride, a child, and a bun in the oven. Our mother will be over the moon excited. Next, she will be expecting a child between Amelia and myself but as you know that is very dangerous. If it happens I will call upon you for tips… that is if you do not mind?" 

"Yes, I will help you out if you really need it. I am seriously concerned that if it happens you will suffer like I did but I am willing to bet that you will do everything to help her." Subaru smiles and picks up a pressed flower.

Itsuki runs to his father and latches on to Gabriel's leg. "Big Brother! Today is the day we leave right? I am very excited." 

Gabriel bent over and lifted the little guy up. "Yes, we will be leaving in a few hours. Are you ready to go to the big city?" 

"Yes, I am very excited. This will be the first time I have left here." Itsuki wraps his arms around Gabriel's neck and hotels on for dear life. 

Subaru panicked slightly and reached out to pry Itsuki off but the hand signal from Gabriel made him stop. "Itsuki did you pack a few outfits?" 

"Papa, everything that you asked me to pack is laying on the cloth in the bedroom. I made sure to not overpack as I do not want to trouble Big Brother." Itsuki says this proudly.

"Oh is that so. Well, then I am a proud big brother. Do not worry Subaru, I will treat Itsuki like a little brother and I will not over spoil him." Gabriel smiles at the small boy and gives him a hug. "We will go and see Big Sister in the morning. She is very nice and will like you." 

"I am looking forward to meeting Big Sister! She sounds friendly. Do you think that she will like Itsuki?" He looks at Gabriel hopeful that the big sister will not hate him. 

Subaru watched his son form a bond with Gabriel and sighed in relief. 'It has been so long since that boy has tried to befriend anyone. I am so glad that Gabriel stopped in town here. 

"Yes, I am sure she will. She will not hate you and she will like you. If I like you she will like you too." Gabriel tries to make Itsuki calm down. 'Amelia, my sweet girl. I hope that you are doing well and haven't had any more attacks.' He looks at the door and sighs. "Okay, it is time to eat something. Why don't we head to Boss's place and grab something to eat unless you want Mari's cooking?" He looked at Itsuki as he asked. 

"Mari's food! I would like to eat there! Mari is so good at cooking but don't tell Grandpa." Itsuki covers his mouth and then places a finger on his lips. 

Gabriel whispers to Itsuki, "okay, I will keep this a secret between us brothers." He looks at his herbs and thinks about how to manage them and Itsuki.

"I will carry the herbs for you. Itsuki is not going to want to let you go. I am sorry that my son is such a brat." Subaru laughs at Itsuki's expression before he wraps the herbs in a cloth and picks it up. "Okay, off we go!"

"Come on Big Brother, I am hungry. Let's get to the inn fast." Itsuki points in the direction of the door.

Gabriel laughs and goes to the door while holding Itsuki. "You are a good boy Itsuki. Do you feel safe or would you like to walk?" 

"Please carry me, Big Brother." Itsuki hangs onto Gabriel's yukata. 

Subaru follows them out and is carrying the small package. "How will every one fit in the carriage? I was wondering that earlier." 

"Mmmmmm, two adults will need to sit with Kosuke. Itsuki is welcome to sit in my lap. I really do not mind. I will not even suggest sitting out since I am recovering from a mild fever and I can already see Kazuki freaking out over it. Saying what do you think you are doing? You fool get your a.s.s inside."
